Great condo!

My mom and I enjoyed a week in this beautiful condo. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, and watching a dolphin playing in the lagoon was a highlight of our trip! The king bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and I've since bought that mattress for myself. Black-out curtains for the second bedroom would be nice since a lot of light comes in from the hallway/elevator area. Our contact was very helpful with the few minor questions we had. Very comfy couch for watching tv in the evenings. Pool was fantastic!

Overall the place was great. But I spent hrs looking for a property with a heated pool, since we would spend days there. Beautiful pool was empty and no notice about it. The only reason we booked there. It was then fixed, but took them 4 days to get it filled and 2 more after it was filled, wasn't open yet. Need to be informed, so we could have looked at other options to stay!

Hudson Stay

Overall the property and the condo were very nice with excellent ocean front views and nice amenities. We had one major problem which was the pool was closed for our ENTIRE stay which was very disappointing as it was a major factor in selecting this property. As we were aware of the hurricanes that affected this area, I did check in advance of our stay to confirm that everything was operational and was told that there were no issues. We were not made aware of the pool issue until we arrived. We made Evolve aware of this and they did provide a refund for a portion of the cost and they indicated I should contact VRBO directly to get a portion of your fees likewise refunded. I would appreciate if you provide some sort of refund for the costs I incurred given we did not get everything that was advertised. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss.
