Suite Lillianna Hot-Tub, Outdoor Fireplace!
Summary:
Welcome to the Suite Lillianna, just a block south of Fredericksburg's charming Main Street in the Historic District. Surrounded by wineries, shops, and restaurants, it's the perfect location. This suite is slightly larger and offers a romantic outdoor fireplace, a sitting area, and a hot tub for your relaxation. Inside, enjoy vaulted ceilings, ample natural light through large windows, and an open concept living room that flows seamlessly into the dining area and full kitchen.
The Space:
Upon entering Suite Lillianna, you're greeted by a bright and airy living room adorned with vaulted ceilings and antique decor. The design evokes a sense of warmth and comfort, making it the perfect place to gather and unwind. Whether you're curling up with a book, watching your favorite show on TV, or simply enjoying the company of friends, this space is designed for relaxation. (TVs don't offer programming, so bring your own login info for streaming. We want you to have a comfortable and informed stay!)
Adjacent to the living area is a charming dining space with a table that comfortably seats four. Large picture windows flood the area with natural light and offer picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. It's an inviting spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a romantic dinner while taking in the beauty of the outdoors.
The full kitchen in Suite Lillianna is a chef's dream. With ample counter space and modern appliances, it provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply need to whip up a quick snack, this kitchen is ready to accommodate your needs.
The bedroom in Suite Lillianna offers a cozy king-sized bed adorned with soft linens and plush pillows. After a day of exploring the town's wineries or strolling through its charming streets, you'll find this room to be a peaceful haven where you can unwind and get a restful night's sleep.
The en-suite bathroom features contemporary fixtures and a walk-in shower. It's designed for both convenience and style, ensuring you have a comfortable and refreshing bathing experience.
One of the highlights of Suite Lillianna is the outdoor space. Step outside to find a private hot tub, where you can soak away your cares and unwind in a tranquil setting. Bistro seating provides a delightful spot for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. An outdoor fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, making it the perfect place to gather with loved ones under the starry Texas skies. The suite also features a large yard space where you can bask in the sun or play outdoor games.
*Your privacy is important to us – the entire suite and outdoor space are exclusively yours. Just a heads-up, there's a separate suite at the back of the house that may have guests during your stay. Also, while we have an outdoor fireplace for you to enjoy, we don't provide wood.
