This place is AWESOME! We loved our stay, my daughter and her friend had so much fun using the pools, lazy river, and hot tub. The room was very clean! The washer and dryer also came in very handy. The hosts had very quick responses when we had a question. View to the ocean is amazing, we could see fireworks for miles on the 4th! I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

We were hesitant about staying in Myrtle Beach because of so many shootings but our condo was as far north as you could go. Very family oriented extremely nice neighborhood and the cleanest place we have ever stayed supper nice. We are already planning to stay next year. My adult daughter was so impressed she wants to stay there same condo again. And that is something. Really close to Walmart, shops some great putt putts,right smack on the beach ,multiple pools,hot tubs, lazy river , my grandsons loved it. So yes I would recommend Saltwater Grand to everyone

Looks exactly like the pictures! When having questions the host was quick at responding. The condo was very spacious for my family of 6. Only issue we had was trying to use the key on the garage doors. Other than that everything was great!

After a small hiccup (room key not where it was supposed to be) we had a fabulous week here. Our host sent someone with a key within 15 minutes. Any other problems or questions were quickly responded to and solved. Communication began days/weeks in advance with the host carefully explaining things, offering recommendations, and even offering to order tickets for shows and anything else we needed. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It smelled fresh from the moment you stepped in the building. The space itself was clean, decorated perfectly, and I wanted to bring home the whole kitchen (and master bed)! Perfect space for 8 of us. A bathroom attached to each bedroom was super nice! The views were amazing and beautifully enhanced by the glass balcony. Having locks at all entrances made us feel especially safe. Everyone we encountered were so friendly and we loved our stay. I can't say enough good things about these hosts and this place. Loved it!

Great place to stay

Overall, our stay was incredibly good. The unit was in very good condition and our communication with the rental company was attentive. The unit was not ready when promised on check-in. The rental company told us it was ready when we called on the phone, but we had to wait about 20 minutes until the cleaning crew finished. Also, we called after we booked about two weeks before our trip to make sure we could have an additional parking pass which would be three total. They said sure, it shouldn't be a problem and for us to contact them when we needed the pass. Well, then the time came we needed the third pass, and the rental company told me that unit only came with two parking passes. Weird because the unit had three sets of keys. It was a total breakdown in communication internally with the rental company. We spoke with different people each time and there was no mention of only two parking passes. The rental company made an exception and gave us a third parking pass. Overall, a great place to stay.

Wedding guest weekend stay

The elevators and lobby smells wonderful. The decor was tasteful and not over done. Towels and linens great. Here are a couple maintenance items and suggestions for the future. Main tv has sound but no picture no matter what settings we tried. Other tvs working just fine. We are tech savvy so we think it’s the actual tv. Ventilation in front double room seems blocked. No circulation regardless of fan/temp change. Curtains in master king ocean view room would not open/close easily. Looks off track or broken pulley? 1 red hair dryer inoperative Suggestions: Maybe instead of souvenirs or trinkets, Provide a starter single wash pod for dirty clothes (similar to dishwasher pod) and starter coffee pods. Check wall Clock…needs battery. If early check in is requested, make every effort to allow. Receiving arrival info and anticipate arrival time and schedule cleaning well in advance to accommodate vacationers. Get rid of fake fruit in bowls. There were several with bites taken out of them.
