We loved it so much, we bought it! Enjoy your stay at this fabulous 2-bedroom 2-bathroom villa just a short stroll from the beach - where comfort meets coastal charm located in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.

This great complex has 3 miles of beautiful white sandy beach, very short walk to 1 of 5 community pools,3 Championship Golf courses, 24 lighted amazing pickleball courts, 19 clay tennis courts, with a pro shop that has it all. 11-mile lagoon for canoeing, paddle boating, crabbing, fishing and more! Fantastic happy hour deck! Walk to the well-known Alexander's for a fabulous dinner, followed by a stroll on the beach to watch the sun set. Whether you want a sports vacation or just relax on the beach it's a place where irreplaceable family memories are made.

This unit is well maintained and well equipped for a visit to the beach. The beach chairs and beach towels are a very nice touch. This was a first visit to Hilton Head Island and this VRBO was a perfect location for our visit. Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay.

The villa was just as described. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Parking was a bit tight but that’s because it was Memorial Day weekend so no fault of anyone. Queen’s Grant is a great place to stay if you don’t need to be right on the beach.

The property, located on the eastern side of the island in the mid-section is well-located and convenient to many activities. These include bicycling, tennis, golf, kayaking, and bird watching to name a few. There is a general market and a number of restaurants nearby. Parking is adjacent to the unit with a small fee and there are a number of swimming pools for use in the area. We also enjoyed the roads allowing travel to other island areas, including nature reserves. Above all, our host was responsive and maintains the property very well. We found our unit clean and well supplied.

I had an issue with the fridge and the owners worked with me diligently to fix it. Communication was wonderful.Also they had alll the things a family needs for a great beach stay. Plenty of chairs, there is a rolling cooler, and umbrella. Plenty of towels.

Great place to stay in Palmetto Dunes! Clean and very well stocked. Things you might need to know: parking is now 35.00 for 3-8 nights and probably goes up from there and to illuminate the lock (it doesn’t illuminate from holding your hand over it) you should touch the checkmark on the lower left hand of the screen. Use the shuttles to travel to restaurants (our fav’s Big Jim’s for lunch and Alexander’s for dinner and wonderful chocolate martinis). You can bring a little tip money or can scan and Venmo tip for shuttle. Also, you can use the shuttles for the beach. The house has beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Beach can also be walked to. Pickleball and golf behind the general store. Golf was quoted as 90 something dollars for 18 holes and pickleball is 5 dollars per person. Pool is real close if you go out sliding doors and take a left, first road on the right. Bicycles can be rented nearby (they will bring and pick up) for 35.99 per day from Hilton Head Outfitters. One more thing….fireworks every Tuesday on the island in the summer, but can’t see well until you walk around the corner from the house - starts around 9:15. We made great memories at this house and thoroughly enjoyed it. One thing that could help future renters is to make a binder with this information in it so that precious vacation time is not spent figuring it out, but we would definitely rent again.
