Charming North Berkeley 2 Bedroom Oasis

Our charming two bedroom is the rear unit of a centrally located duplex. Nestled on a cul-de-sac across from a park, it has a private yard with hot tub, easy BART access, and is kid and family friendly.

Our place is incredibly comfortable and a joy to stay in. It has hardwood floors throughout and a recently remodeled kitchen, along with a charming and sunny backyard. The backyard is enclosed by a beautiful redwood fence, and a redwood deck provides easy access to our outdoor furniture that comfortable seats eight for meals.

We also have a Caldera spa for your enjoyment. Please no parties or loud conversation - the spa is a meditative, quiet space and our neighbors are relatively nearby. That being said, it's quite amazing to spend an evening under the Berkeley stars and let your stress melt away. :)

There are two simple bedrooms - one has a king sized bed, one has two twin bunk beds.

We have kids and while we keep very minimal toys and kids items (these will be put away if you don't have little ones!) it is definitely family friendly and moderately child-safe.

Guests will have access to free long distance calling from the landline and high-speed wireless internet. There is a small Smart TV in the bedroom with NetFlix, etc. and a larger Smart TV mounted in the living room.

We've lived all over Berkeley and this is by far our favorite place. Our house is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac right across the street from a park. There's hardly any traffic and we view the park as our extra "front yard". It has a strong neighborhood feel with a basketball hoop at the dead-end, crop-swap on certain nights, and a beautiful sunset view of Mount Tam from the park.

The North Berkeley BART station is a two minute walk away from our house (but across the park so you wouldn't even know it was there!). In 25 minutes from our door you can be at 16th and Mission in San Francisco, sans automobile. Private, off-street parking is included in our driveway. There is also easy, non-permitted street parking available. The airports (both SFO and OAK) are a convenient BART ride away.
