Striking a fantastic mix of convenience, space and light, this home embodies Peninsula living with a lovely indoor-outdoor flow and generous proportions. Cook up a feast on the BBQ and dine alfresco, while kids and pets play on the grassy backyard.

Inside the living space is defined by full-height windows filling the space with natural light. The lounge area encourages you to relax with a book, listen to your favourite records or watch a spot of TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering, and you’ll also find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants close by. A large dining table makes it easy to share meals together with the group.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, with portable fans and heaters to keep temperatures comfortable. Two come set with queen-sized beds, while the third highlights a bunk bed and single bed. Entering the bathroom feels like a delightful journey through time, as it retains its original, charming finishes. The space combines nostalgia and functionality seamlessly, with both a bathtub and shower allowing you to easily refresh after a day at the beach. A separate toilet is ideal for groups.

You’ll also have access to laundry facilities, adding to your everyday convenience. Parking is provided on the driveway.

Bed linen and towels are not supplied at this property but can be provided at an additional cost of $45 per single or king-single bed and $65 per queen or king-sized bed. This price includes bath towels, bathroom towels, biodegradable toiletries/soaps, and kitchen consumables/towels and amenities for each property.

Please specify which beds you will require linen for in your booking request, and your host will facilitate the setup for you. If you choose not to use the hired or host linen, please bring your own. Quilts and pillows are supplied at each property.
