Perfect entertainment for all of the family - with large sliding doors opening up on to a large swimming pool and full-size tennis court, you will be able to soak up the sun, take a dip and hit a few balls.

For ambiance, heat and mood - there is an electric feature fireplace in the first lounge room which takes center stage of the living room, a place to snuggle up watching a movie as the cooler night sets in.

This living area also has the large smart TV for entertainment and right behind the wall & with a sliding door to separate is the newly renovated area with another huge living "adult" room (there is no tv in this area) a gorgeous outdoor deck, with sun lounges and seating for relaxing and watching the spectacular sunsets.

In this section of the house are two additional bedrooms with another central bathroom with shower.

You can also access the huge double car garage which also has the gym equipment with dumbbells, treadmill & exercise bike.

There are fans in the kitchen, lounge area and the main and second bedroom.

There is an air conditioner/heater both living areas and bedroom 4 & 5 and electric wall heaters in other bedrooms.

The bedrooms are carpeted in new modern light grey carpet and all linen & towels are provided during your stay.

**Please note - whilst this property provides linen and towels, we kindly request that you bring your own pool towel.

The pool is also gas heated during the summer months. Please note that from 1st May to 1st September, the pool will not be heated but can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message to discuss.

The bedrooms are configured as:

Bedroom 1 Master: King with large walk-in wardrobe, TV & ensuite. There are large glass doors that open to the pool & tennis court.
Bedroom 2: Long single beds x 2
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: King single beds x 2
Bedroom 5 Master: King bed with large walk-in wardrobe & large modern ensuite.

The property is wrapped in aggregate the entire circumference and offers tranquil, peaceful areas whilst the opposite side offers the family entertainment with the pool and undercover BBQ, tennis court area.

This gorgeous property provides something for everyone with plenty of room for everyone.

With a large double garage & additional adequate car parking for at least 3 cars, room for boats & jet skis and situated at the end of a dead-end street - your Deluxe Escape awaits your arrival.

This property is fully fenced which is perfect for young children however we do note that there is landscaping with retaining walls on one side of the property.

We also note that there are security cameras at the property however, we have them completely covered and not accessed during your stay.

We love our four-legged fur pets; however, they are not permitted to stay at the property.
