Lake and mountain views with great outdoor living. BBQ, spa pool and large front lawn for cricket or drive on to park boats. Lake swimming bay at bottom of the street and walking and riding tracks, including sticky forest mountain bike park, all 2-3 mins walk away. Fishing on the Clutha outlet track 10 mins walk. Mountain and lake views with great sunsets. Peninsula Bay neighborhood pool access and just 3 mins away. House has three living areas and works well with multiple families. 3,000 sqm section. Quiet neighborhood.
