The house was a great size for our family’s long weekend getaway. Plenty of space to relax. The house was not clean when we arrived. Each room was dirtier than the next. It was quite disappointing. I would not have known that the game room was not attached to the house, if I did not read the reviews of prior guests.

If there were specific areas that did not meet expectations, we would appreciate photos so we can share them with our property management team and address the matter with our cleaning crew. - The listing photos clearly show that the game room is located in a separate building. Great location

Nicely remodeled home. The game room was fun to use in the evenings after the fire pit. We had a great stay overall. The cleaner missed a few spots. Had to brush some cobwebs. Would definitely rent again though!

Great. Clean, newly renovated. I've stayed twice in as many months, wouldn't hesitate to go back. I've never needed anything, but I met the guest contact during my second trip; and he's friendly and helpful. I only wish there were some before photos of the house (if you're into that kind of thing), must have been a big project and it came out really well.

February vacation in stark

The house was great it had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The house was clean and welcoming. The kids and us had fun in the game room. We got a lot of snow well there and it was plowed and shoved in a timely manner and the owners were great to communicate with. The bbq place in town was awesome thanks to the owner for the great suggestion.

Great rental for eclipse

We mainly booked this rental as it was in the path of totality for the eclipse and overall it was great! The game room was super fun for the kids (note you have to walk outside/across a semi-covered deck) and we enjoyed the fire pit. The multiple sleeping areas were nice and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've come across. This is one of the nicest vacation homes we have stayed in and we hope to come back. Only downfall is you have to bring in everything for the kitchen - oil, salt, pepper etc.

Great Getaway

Great getaway! Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler had a wonderful time on our NH vacation at this home! The living room was spacious to hangout in. The young adults had fun in the attached game room. We utilized the grill and enjoyed family dinners on the wrap around deck. We roasted marshmallows and made smores at the firepit, which had 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The home is about 20-25 minutes to Berlin / Gorham area - so not too far from civilization. We rode our RZR from a parking area not too far from the home that linked to the Jerico riding trails. Nate was always quick to respond to text messages - great host!Some recommendations for future renters - there are no kitchen pantry essentials. Do not expect K-Cups to be there, or salt and pepper or oil or any basic kitchen pantry essentials. You MUST bring your own. I had read a previous review so I knew that we would need to bring these items. Not a problem that they were not offered, but just wanted to mention to those that maybe use to having them at their rental. Also, when we were there there was no grill utensils - pack your own. They do offer soap and shampoo/conditioner combo and a hair dryer (which is important for us ladies). All and all a great place to rent to get away.
