Welcome to our Luxuary Old Town townhome in perhaps Scottsdale’s best location. A peaceful, safe and tranquil neighborhood, walking distance to everything Scottsdale has to offer, Fashion Square mall, Old Town dinning, shopping, nightlife, Spring Training baseball.
The home was completely remodelled and offers a modern open concept layout over two floors. The home is beautifully furnished with modern designed furniture. The main bedroom is complete with a King size bed and the second bedroom a Queen. A/C, Heat, Cable TV package, Fast Wifi, Smart TVs, Linens, towels, pool towels and all other essentials are provided. There is a gorgeous patio off the main floor, overlooking the pool. Absolutely perfect for a morning coffee or late night meal. There are two pools, an outdoor bbq area and grills , parking directly outside your front door and additional visitor parking.
A perfect spot to call home for any period of time.

Excellent location if you want to walk to fashion district and waterfront, and 5th avenue shops. Old town is a little further but still walkable. Lots of space , nice updates to what you can tell is an older community. Very responsive host.

The pool was amazing! Just a few steps from the door, not crowded and heated. The home was clean and just as described. Fashion Square is right around the corner and Old Town is about a mile away across the bridge.
