The Shore Break is a spacious retreat.

On the ground level you will find a comfortable queen room, quiet and private.
There is also a large rumpus room or a second living area with comfortable seating and a single bed plus trundle bed underneath. There is a bathroom and full laundry area.

Upstairs you will find the master suite features a queen-size bed, and a private and compact ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a family bathroom with full bath and shower finishes off this space.

Also on the upstairs floor, the living area offers panoramic views of the ocean along the Papamoa coastline. Expansive and comfortable, there is plenty of space for you to relax. A high end kitchen with gas cooking, an espresso coffee machine, a scullery, and a breakfast bar. The home is thoughtfully furnished with contemporary decor, offering a seamless blend of elegance and functionality. The expansive windows flood the interiors with natural light, the high pitched ceilings and gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The large balcony provides an idyllic setting for al fresco dining, enjoying a glass of something cold at sunset, or starting your day with the stunning sunrises this area has to offer - or simply spending your days unwinding with the sound of the waves. The beach is just steps away, offering direct access to the pristine sands and sparkling waters of Papamoa.

The Shore Break is located on Papamoa Beach Road, you need to cross the road to get to the beach. The double glazed joinery keeps the house quiet and warm. Extras include two large smart TVs, unlimited high speed wifi, double garaging and secure off street parking.

The property is stocked with eco-friendly, New Zealand-made body care products, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Booking guests must be aged 25 years or over.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
