Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations, so no one feels they got the short end of the stick. We built 2 identical homes next to each other for large groups to accommodate up to 50 people and have additional homes with the same quality of accommodations locate 5 houses away it is possible to book multiple new homes on the exclusiveretreats site. The home is located 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 20 Minutes from Canyonlands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. SUITE #1 - King Bed and ensuite bath and Queen size pullout Sofa this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 43" Flat Screen Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate an additional twin guest bed. We provide 4 extra twin guest beds with the house that can be made up upon arrival.

SUITE #6 - This is the family or kids' suite. 1 King Bed and 2 Twin XL over Full Size bunk beds. These beds are custom made and plenty big enough for grown ups. Bedroom has a full En-suite bathroom.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 4 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These beds are available in the house and come with bedding. You have the option to locate the beds as you wish.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8-person private hot tub and private heated pool.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group, 3 Couches and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 75" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game.

POOL/HOT TUB: The pool is heated year-round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter.

GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table

PICKLEBALL COURT: Spend time with your friends at our newly built pickle ball court.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.

BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce Court with premium oyster shell for the base.

PARKING: The property is 1 Acre of flat ground. There is plenty of parking area for up to 20 Vehicles and places for trailers to park.

MOTORHOME AND TRAILER HOOKUPS: There is room for a RV and 50-amp power and dump setup on the side of the home.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal Mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sunshade. We have a new 8-person spa purchased in 2021 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom-built fire pit with room for everyone.

HIKING TRAILS: There are 5 miles of hiking direct from the house. You can hike all the way to the lake and Faux Falls.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
