OUR HOME: This charming custom built home is an idyllic place to spend your vacation, within minutes of Main Street where you can enjoy the best Nantucket has to offer, including restaurants, shopping and galleries. Completely redecorated from top to bottom, this five bedroom, five bath home on three levels is beautifully appointed with lovely amenities including brand new furniture throughout, 3 new bathrooms as of 2025, flat screen televisions(3), two wireless Sonos music pods, luxurious Matouk linens, 2 desks with full screen PC workstations, down pillows, central air and a screened porch that seats 10. A truly gorgeous, well-appointed home for a quintessential Nantucket vacation.

First Floor: Enter into the welcoming foyer with a cozy den to the right, perfect for games, puzzles, watch television, or work from ACK as an office with a desk & chair and pocket doors for privacy. A full bath is attached to the den. The hall leads to a bright, sunny kitchen with brand new appliances and soapstone countertops, along with a center island to enjoy your breakfast. A charming butler’s pantry is attached to one side and mudroom to the other, complete with custom built-ins for beach towels and flip-flops. The kitchen opens to dining room with seating for 10. The family room features a beautiful seating area, Mac desktop computer & desk to work on, a large 55-inch flat screen TV, Sonos wireless music system, fireplace and French doors that open to the screened porch, which features a brand new, very large Frontgate sectional, with seating for 10, that will serve as the primary gathering spot for morning coffee or late night cocktails for all. The backyard’s private garden with mature privet hedge, beautiful hydrangeas and roses, offers gas grill and teak dining table, ideal for al fresco dining under the stars.

Second Floor: 4 bedrooms. A large, bright master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, fireplace, sitting area and gorgeous window seats for enjoying a book and the sunsetting westward views. Includes a spacious walk-in closet with built-ins and a large, renovated in 2025, marble bathroom with two sinks and walk-in glass shower. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. One has a queen bed featuring an ensuite marble bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds, share a newly renovated in 2025 marble bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower.

Lower Level: The open lower level features another spacious family room with generous seating, a 55” flat screen television, iPod dock and access to the back yard. The guest room has two twin beds and a full shower bathroom. A large laundry room with two pairs of new washer and dryer is also located on the lower level. There is a bonus room for yoga, stretching and other floor activities.

Other: Off street parking for two cars, central air, minutes to Main Street and Cliff Beaches, easily accessible to Madaket and Cisco bike paths, beach chairs, sun umbrellas & beach towels for 10.
