Excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien aménagé et équipé. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus avec cette vue époustouflante sur la mer. Et la piscine est vraiment appréciable. Le lieu est très calme malgré qu il ne soit pas très loin du centre. Très bon contact avec Valérie qui a été facile à joindre pour toutes questions.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne nous a rien manqué.La terrasse est une vraie pièce de la maison et elle offre une vue est à couper le souffle.La situation géographique de l'appartement est un peu excentrée du centre ville, c'est idéal pour se reposer.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très agréable , bien équipé. La terrasse donne sur une vue splendide ! Le quartier est calme ; l'accès aux plages et au centre-ville nécessite de monter plusieurs escaliers ... Il est également très facile d'accéder à des petites criques vers le sud de la ville.

Appartement avec vue imprenable, bien équipé. La piscine n’est pas trop fréquentée (fermée entre 14h30 et 17h), ce qui est très appréciable ! Peniscola est une très jolie ville avec une plage au sud idéale pour les enfants car on a pied très loin et l’eau est très chaude! Attention toutefois au stationnement de jour comme de nuit car la police fait bien son travail. Restos pour toutes les bourses mais une préférence pour ceux situés dans la citadelle.

Belle vue

Magnifique appartement avec très belle vue sur la mer, très bien équipé, manque seulement un lave vaisselle. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec le compteur électrique qui ne supportait pas de brancher un autre appareil en même temps que la clim, ce qui faisait systématiquement disjoncter le compteur. Le soucis doit être résolue dans les semaines a venir selon la propriétaire. Location a conseiller.

Superbe !!!

L'appartement est très bien équipé, rien ne manque, il est décoré avec goût. La vue de l'immense terrasse est superbe, quel plaisir d'y prendre le petit-déjeuner le matin. La piscine est très agréable et propre. Nous y étions fin juillet et elle était peu fréquentée. La location n'est pas très loin du centre ville mais la remontée vers l'appartement est rude. Nous allions donc en ville en voiture, nous n'avons jamais eu de problème à trouver une place, les parkings sont payants mais le tarif est vraiment très raisonnable. Côté plage, sur la plage sud, l'eau est vraiment très peu profonde mais très chaude (idéal avec des petits), la plage nord est plus agréable pour nager. Mais les plages que nous avons préférées sont celles situées dans le parc de la serra d'Irta à environ 30 mn de la location. Sur place, nous avons été accueilli par Danièla, une française très chaleureuse et qui donne de nombreux conseils sur les restos, les visites. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été excellents, ils ont très rapidement répondu à toutes nos demandes. En conclusion, très bon séjour, nous recommandons cet appartement.
