Little piece of paradise

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint! The place was beautiful with amazing views and easy access to the beach.We had a wonderful time!

The location and space were perfect for us. Loved being able to walk to Salty Dog at night or to just sit out on the back patio and have a drink. Our only negative was the construction over top of the unit started very early in the morning.

Weekend away

Beautiful studio in Braddock’s Cove. It had everything I needed and even a view of the water. Location was perfect, close to the beach, the Salty Dog Café and wedding venue. An unforgettable weekend to celebrate our dear friends’s wedding.

Cute Studio! 2 minute Walk to Beach

The studio is perfect for 2 people. It is decorated cute and super comfortable. It was great for our weekend getaway. 2 minutes from beach and Salty Dog. Loved the patio, watched spectacular sunrise. Love Sea Pines!

What a great experience and location! Sunrise out your sliding glass doors every morning.It’s equipped with everything you need! Much much better than a hotel and you’re in SouthBeach! Walk or Bike to everything you need!The big comfy chair was so nice!Thanks Again!

Fabulous studio

Wow! The only negative part of our trip was that it wasn't long enough. This studio was AMAZING!!!! Cozy and comfortable from the moment we stepped through the door. The bed was firm and comfortable, and I just sunk into that enormous chair. If we had any questions the owner was quick to respond. Thank you for such a fantastic experience. I seriously didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Check in was very easy, nice location. Very reserved and quiet neighborhood. Close to many amenities including beach, Salty Dog Cafe, Pickleball & Tennis courts, and more. Great view from rear side of building looking out at cove and nice view of sunrises. Apartment was clean for the most part other than random hairs on shower wall and some black mold in A/C unit that caused us to become sniffly within first couple days of stay. Curtain rods were old and fell apart everytime tried to adjust window curtains. Host also did not respond when I attempted to reach out the day before our visit started about possible early check in and never did respond. Overall a good spot for a decent price, pretty far away from a lot of attractions/shopping centers if you are looking to check out the entire island. Perfect for an older couple looking to just relax and not be on the go much. I would rate 3.5 stars out of 5.

Our contracted AC company services the unit twice a year, and while we’ve never had a report of black mold, we’ll be sending them back out to verify.I’m very sorry about the curtain rods falling when you tried to open them. We typically open them before each guest’s arrival, and this hasn’t happened before, but we’ll recheck their sturdiness right away. I also apologize for the lack of response regarding your early check-in request. Early check-ins are granted when available, depending on the cleaning schedule and prior guest departure, and we’ve since updated our contact information to ensure smoother communication moving forward.Thank you again for staying with us at HHI Paradise."
