Awesome.

We loved it- beds were comfortable for adults and teens, the screen porch was so relaxing and the outdoor kitchen was a showstopper! We perfected the pizza oven process and had a wonderful time! If there was one negative it is that the kitchen needs updating as does some of the furniture but that did not impact how much we enjoyed the stay and DelMar was responsive to any and all requests.

Gorgeous house with lovely lot!

We “moms” had a wonderful extended weekend at this location! They have a fantastic setup in the back yard for outdoor activities; however, we were unable to use it, as the rain dampened that idea! No matter: the beds were comfy, there was lots of light coming into the house, and the bathrooms were clean and operable! The house sits just off Route 6 a couple of turns, and the lot was large and gorgeous!

The perfect family vacation home for all ages

We had a fantastic stay in this Eastham property. The backyard is impressive. The bocce ball court, fire pit, pizza oven and outside dining table had us outside all week (when we weren't at the beach). We couldn't be happier to have brought our dog on vacation! The backyard has a cable running between two trees for the perfect dog run. The inside of the house was spacious. clean and we appreciated that it was stocked with towels and sheets for our arrival. The property owner came by to help us with a couple minor issues throughout our day. We had a fantastic time and would live to come back!

This place was great!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Friday the first evening was rainy so we cooked indoors, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The next night we did 4 pizza’s in the pizza oven , truly the best pizza I had ever had, The outside kitchen was great for all of us. Our last night we did lobsters outside. We utilized the Bocce Ball area and had a blast playing Bocce. We were lucky enough to hang by the fireplace outside and totally relax.This house was perfect for us. We did travel to Province Town and it seemed like it wasn’t even an hour to get there. The management company was super to work with and our 50 something celebration was truly memorable thanks to renting the perfect place for us! Tami Pendleton

We stayed here for a girl's birthday weekend. This house is in a quiet neighborhood set back from the street. Plenty of parking. Clean with all of the kitchen accessories needed. Comfortably sleeps 10. The outdoor entertaining area is absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the large outdoor table for coffee in the morning to evening cocktails. We cooked pizza in the outdoor oven & sat by the fire in the evening. The outdoor shower was great. Two concerns: 1) parking is limited to 4 vehicles but there is plenty of space for more. 2) "quiet" hours begin at 8pm which is early considering the awesome outdoor entertaining area. Would certainly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year. Del Mar was great to work with and accommodating to our needs.

Perfect family getaway!

Perfect location, Home and backyard for our family of 8. We celebrated a 60th bday and were very happy to spend long days playing bocci and mastering outdoor pizza oven. My 18 month old granddaughter enjoyed the yard as much as the adults. House was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We did take a quick trip to Ptown, it was very quick and easy ride from this location. We would definitely rent again.

Great Vacation

Our youngest son graduated, so we decided to celebrate with the whole family with a trip to the Cape. The house was perfect. The pictures don't do it justice. We have four males over 6 feet and had plenty of room for all of us. The patio was the greatest. We cooked out a couple times and used the fire pit. We even learned how to play bocce ball. Lol. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home in Eastham

This house was perfect for our annual trip to the Wellfleet Oysterfest. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is incredible -- one of the coolest spaces I think I've ever seen! I only wish we had come for a whole week in the summer.

Beautifully property, quiet neighborhood and all that the cape has to offer nearby.

This home is great, bright and clean. The outdoor area is unlike anything we have seen and we thoroughly enjoyeg it. The outdoor fires, wood fired pizza and bocce court were some of our favorite activities right out the back door. The house is in a quiet area but close to everything. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful vacation home

My first impression when walking through my "home" for the week was how clean it was. We had three generations sharing the home and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The yard is huge. Most dinners were eaten at the outdoor kitchen table where there was tons of room; having a sink and fridge out there was very convenient. The little ones enjoyed riding their scooters back and forth on the stone walkway and everyone enjoyed the evenings sitting by the wood burning fire place. We were only minutes from the bay beaches in one direction and Route 6 in the other. You won't be disappointed staying in this house.

Very nice property and outdoor kitchen

The property was very nice, but there were a few details that lowered the score from 5 stars to 4 stars; the house had no glassware anywhere. Glassware was delivered after we arrived, there was no access to NESN for viewing red sox games, the dishwasher was leaking and there was no designated area to place the dirty linens despite instructions indicating there was. The location and property were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The clean fresh linens were left folded and we needed to make the beds, but I appreciated knowing that we were using clean linens. There were no tv instructions and took a while to figure out how to change the volume. Overall, it was a very nice property.

Thanks for reporting the dishwasher leak as well - we have a technician there today repairing it. Linens are to be placed in our clear plastic bags we provide that were under the sink. Unfortunately, we don't commit to providing NESN. I provided my phone and email to all guests incase you wanted to share details like this which always help us to improve. Please come visit again!

Charming and amazing house

This home is nothing less than a gem !! !incredibly comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. It has everything; even more than we expected ! This charming house, also has an amazing backyard ..all with a gorgeous outdoor kitchen,fireplace and bocce court ! Simply the best house at the Cape we have stayed at :)))

Dogs loved the neighborhood!

Came with my dogs & husband for a spring weekend away. This house has one of the most gorgeous outdoor kitchens/fireplaces/patios I've seen - ever! When we wanted to go to the beach it was just a 5-minutes drive.
