Our beautiful 4 bedroom home is perfect for 1 or 2 families looking for a holiday.
Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet ideally located 5 minutes drive from Queenstown's bustling centre.
A new bike trail connects directly to Arrowtown linking with the Queenstown trail bike network.

A 5 minute walk leads to the famous Shotover Jetboat location. There are 4 restaurants/bars located within walking distance and an indoor bowling alley. There is a general store within walking distance for bread/milk etc.

The bus stop is located just a 2 minute walk from the house and takes you directly into Queenstown centre, Frankton and Arrowtown.

The house is spacious with 2 separate entertaining rooms both with a Smart TV allowing families to spread out. There is a separate dining area and kitchen. The large garden has an outdoor seating area with a table/benches and a comfortable sofa area and a gas BBQ.

The kids will love the jungle gym with swings, roman rings, a trapeze and the 12ft trampoline. There is a small local playpark 300m from the house.

Fantastic property

This is a wonderful house, with heaps of space and a great location. We absolutely loved our stay, the heating options were brilliant for our winter visit and the media room with fantastic couch and TV made for a great family movie night. Rachel was a very responsive and accomodating host. Definitely recommend staying here.

We will come back again

This is truely an amazing home away from home. My daughter and my hubby love the entertainment room, my son loves the playground, my mum was amazed by the modern kitchen and my dad loves the garden. We all had a group photo in the living room too. Beautiful garden view from the house.
