The over all stay for the Unit was excellent. The respond to the host was slow to No respond on the last day. The security wouldn’t let me in for check in because my host didn’t put my name down at the gate to enter. I waited a hour waiting in the host to respond. The resort is beautiful but the gate security is horrible.

Lock on slider door going out to pool was broken. A stick was left to secure door!! The Slider was ajar when we arrived, Custodian must have left it open. Overall the house was well maintained and my family enjoyed our stay!

Great home with all the basic necessities needed in the kitchen. Check in was a breeze, great communication prior to check in, clean home, great ac, and check out was easy. There is a Publix right outside the resort and several coffee shops. Had a great stay!
