Hi I'm Christina. I am from Vernon but spent a few years living in Victoria and fell in love with the island. When this charming character home became available I seized the opportunity to make it mine. During the academic year, my daughter resides here while attending UVic Sept-April. Now, as summer approaches, I'm seeking quiet, respectful individuals who would like to experience the beauty of Victoria during the summer season. I'm always available to address any inquiries you may have and there's also a management company on hand to offer assistance if required. Come and see what this beautiful home and city have to offer!

Why they chose this property

Having lived in James Bay for some time, I was captivated by the allure of Dallas Road. Countless hours were spent jogging, cycling, and strolling along its picturesque paths. This home embodies the essence of the Fairfield neighborhood, seamlessly blending into its charming surroundings. The convenience of leisurely walks to Cook Street Village for a morning coffee, an afternoon glass of wine on a patio, or a delightful dinner is unparalleled. For me, this neighborhood stands out as the epitome of Victoria living at its finest.

What makes this property unique

This impeccably renovated home pays homage to its rich heritage while seamlessly integrating modern amenities for comfort. Nestled away from the bustling activity of Dallas Road, the property enjoys serene surroundings with minimal foot and car traffic. Set in a tranquil and safe neighborhood, it offers a peaceful retreat with all the city hustle and bustle nearby.
