A great unit. I was here for approximately 2 weeks and worked out beautifully. I would stay here again. The host was more than accommodating with any questions that I had.
After figuring out the security and parking, everything was perfect. The host was responsive. The location and views were fantastic. I highly recommend!

Great location but very very noisy! Looks exactly like pictures…very clean.
The apartment was clean, the host was very communicative, and the location is quite ideal. Only disappointment was a pigeon nest with two eggs in the balcony.
Lots of room for 2 of us. Quiet location and walkable to everything downtown. Well stocked kitchen. Communication was quick and clear. No issues recommending this apartment for anyone wanting a little more space than a hotel.
Awesome location, convenient to downtown and sea wall. Apartment is great - clean, bright, and nicely decorated. There was tons of room for the two of us. Kitchen incredibly well stocked. Kian responded to all inquiries quickly. Would highly recommend!
Kian is very helpful, responsive and easy to contact. The location is excellent and offers great walks all the way to Stanley Park and the ferry to Granville Island is less than 10 minutes away.
Great location for a girls concert n cityscape for moms and teens. Can’t beat the location, steps to beach, seawall and aquabus to Granville island. Easy shuttle to Roger’s Arena.
Nice walk to downtown shopping. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Place was clean, comfy with a full kitchen and stocked with lots of coffee. The area felt safe even for short walks at night. Would stay here again anytime.
Beautiful clean quiet apartment near Granville Island
Enjoyed our stay here---apartment is very clean, quiet, tidy and easy to find. Close to Aquabus over to Granville Island and dining options on Davie Street. Building is very secure--so secure, in fact, that initially it can be challenging to get up to the apartment in the elevator without the key fob. (Make sure you go to the elevator IMMEDIATELY after the owner buzzes you in.) After that, once you have the fob you're good to go. Thank you, Kian.
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at this nice condo in downtown Vancouver. I took advantage of the pool each morning, followed by a hot tub while my husband enjoyed exploring the area and local cafes. It was only a few minute walk to catch the water taxi to Granville Island, which is a great place to shop and soak up the atmosphere. Also adjacent was False Creek, so we spent hours walking along the sea wall and in to Stanley Park. We hope to stay there again.
The apartment is lovely, extremely well stocked, and in a GREAT location!!! Furnishings are comfortable and well thought out. All items: appliances, electronics, cookware, and plumbing in excellent order. TV amazing - included Prime, Netflix, Crave, and regular channels like TSNLocation: 1/2 block to Granville Ferry, 2 to 5-min walk to restaurants, grocery, and 10-min walk to beach. Area felt safe and clean. Bicycles right out front.A little mix-up on how to get entry to the building but resolved quickly.
My husband and I had a great at Kian's place. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and communication was clear and easy. We loved being able to walk everywhere—so much to do in this area. The only snag was that the parking garage ceiling was quite low, which made it difficult for us to park our truck. If you have a large vehicle you might want to consider leaving it in the parking lot right next door. But if you drive a reasonable city vehicle you're more than fine. Would definitely return to this spot. Thanks Kian!
Nice, fully functional unit with access to pool, hot tub, sauna and gym on site. Close proximity to seawall/beach avenue walk, Granville Island, West End, Downtown and Yaletown amenities.Good communication with host, however, instructions on use of fob codes to enter garage were never given and we had to ask another resident for help who happened to be driving in behind us. He was understandably wary of our situation but ended up assisting us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologize for the confusion regarding garage access. All instructions, including how to use the fob, are provided in the welcome message, and we encourage guests to review these details in the check-in message sent three days prior to arrival.
I’m not entirely sure what you mean by "fob codes," as the fob is a standard 4-button remote. Pressing the first and second buttons opens the corresponding gates directly. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused. Your input is appreciated, and we will work to ensure our instructions are clearer for future guests.

The kitchen was fully stocked including the basic of salt and pepper, as well as a good selection of premium spices. Coffee, sugar and sweetener was also made available. Bathroom had all the basic amenities that one would need. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as hand soap. We were given ample towels. We appreciated that the washer and dryer were available and those too came with detergent and dryer sheets. Beds were comfortable, one more firm and one soft mattress. It was close enough to walk to all the downtown places you could want to visit and one block from a beautiful waterfront and the marina. The owner was quick to answer any questions. The building was quiet and in a nice neighbourhood.It was a quick Uber ride from the walk on ferry the docks downtown. We enjoyed this lovely place, and would definitely stay here again.
Everything about our stay was very nice! A really cute and clean condo in a great location with everything you need! We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub every night!My one complaint is the fact that there was a family of pigeons living on the balcony. The balcony was not very big and it had a nice little couch and table which was all covered in pigeon poop. When I talked with the owner to have the pigeons and their nest removed, I was told that it is illegal to move pigeons in British Columbia. I feel that others should be made aware of this if they are looking for a place with a balcony to enjoy sitting outside, as it is on the 5th floor of an apartment building. The owner should consider adding measures that prevent pigeons from nesting on the balcony.
