Charles and I live in the Houston area. Charles has been vacationing with his family in the Panama City Beach area since he was very little. When we first started dating he brought me to meet his family in Florida. I fell in love with those beautiful beaches too. Every year we continue to meet his family for a family reunion. We always rent a big house in Destin or 30A and spend a wonderful week together. As a family 30A, Panama City Beach and Destin hold many great memories for us.

We are self employed and work hard like everyone else in this great country. We have 2 pretty cool kids who have grown up on us. And life is moving fast. Our oldest has just had our second grand baby in two years so we are now grandparents. 😊 Our family is growing and we look forward to bringing our grandchildren to Florida this year. Family tradition means a lot to us and 30A is apart of who we are. Our family has been blessed to enjoy Florida and her beautiful coastline. We hope you build many memories here too.

Why they chose this property

Charles' sister owns a condo in The Villages. When we visited her condo we loved the location and knew The Villages is where we wanted to be.

What makes this property unique

Freedom. You can get on a bike and just ride... or walk until you need to turn around. You are safe and the view is amazing. It smells great, kids are laughing, people are smiling, the sun is shining, the waves are crashing with a never ending breeze... good days in Florida!
