Less than a mile from downtown Bigfork, Swan Lake House provides the ultimate lakeside getaway with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This retreat was designed to make the most of Flathead Lake with a shared sun dock, shared boat slip, and an expansive rooftop patio with impressive lake views. This house boasts more than 3,200 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 10 guests—45 minutes away from Glacier National Park!

The heart of the home is enveloped in floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake. Perfectly arranged to enjoy the views, the living area features plush furniture next to a gas fireplace that’s ideal for movie nights.

On the second floor, a laundry room and 3 spacious king bedrooms.

The top-floor kitchenette, with an additional refrigerator and grill, entertains guests with a service window to the rooftop patio!

A main-level patio, lakefront firepit, and lake access directly off the back dock make Swan Lake House incredible! With on-site parking for 2 vehicles only—no boat trailers— it's easy to hike in Jewel Basin Wilderness, golf at Eagle Bend, or fly fish on Flathead River.

There is a private boat dock for your use in the summer months, depending on water level. No boat trailer parking.

Glacier Park International Airport is only about 30 minutes away!

The home was fantastic! Spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need. And the most comfortable beds! In fact, we’re going to order the one in the master bedroom. Loved being right on the lake, and the beautiful views. We had an issue with the sliding door and it was dealt with immediately and appreciated the fast and friendly response. We would definately go back.

Lakefront sunsets

Fantastic corner lot on the water with all comforts of home. Utilized both docks for the boat and jet skiis. Will return next summer.

Great property. Beautiful home. Very clean. Private dock. Loved that they dont have you do chores at end of stay.Close to grocery store and restaurants. Only an hour from Glacier National Park and 30 minutes from airport.Would have been nice if there were paddleboards at the proprty to use on the lake.

Great off season stay

Came during the off season for during a school Easter break. Six young adults/teens with us had a wonderful time on the mud flats playing spike ball, volleyball, and even dipping into the cold lake. The home was perfect for this family vacation.

House was lovely as represented. One issue that needs immediate attention 1. The mechanical room has a “ constant whining noise that seems to be a problem with the water system operating properly. Noise became quite annoying after a couple days / requires professional attention to the problem.

Amazing Flathead Lake House!

This is an amazing property. The location is perfect. It is near everything - restaurants, lake access, glacier national Park, Kalispell and White Fish.. The house is perfect for a family gathering. I have no complaints or anything negative about this house. We had an amazing time!

Awesome house

We had a great time. The house was clean and well-maintained - it did not look banged up in the slightest like some house rentals do. Everything in the house worked well. As others noted, the parking situation was not ideal but we made it work. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Big Time in Big Fork

The property is better than advertised! The lake views, the amenities in the home, did I mention the views? Wonderfully refreshing vibe! The location is perfect…2 mins from the bustling Big Fork downtown area…all one block of it! 30 mins from West Glacier entrance and 25 mins from Kalispell Airport. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional house and visit

This house is outstanding. Beautiful property right on Flathead Lake. All amenities are exceptional throughout. Slip available for boat. Fire pit. Kids loved being able to run out in the morning right into water. Would definitely want to return.

Sisters weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at this incredibly beautiful home. Everything was perfect for our stay. The only things we noticed that might come in handy are full length mirrors in every room and TV’s in all bedrooms but really when you’re at the lake it isn’t necessary. We did notice that the wall above the fireplace gets very, very warm when the fireplace is on. For safety reasons we wanted to let you know.

Beautiful Montana

Really everything was great…the lake ,the house, the nearby towns. We were only a short drive to the glacier national park. Couldn’t have asked for the house to be nicer. The reason for only 4 stars is there was not a welcoming book to tell us what was close , phone numbers for lake rentals close, or any suggestions for restaurants near by. We always find these helpful at other places.

A beautiful home in a beautiful setting.

The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very well designed for groups of people. Three bedrooms with bathrooms plus a bunk bed room. Two additional bathrooms. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room area that is big enough to accommodate multiple conversations. Very nice outdoor seating areas. The only thing that is a little difficult is pedestrian access to the main part of the town. We had a very good week staying at this property.

Great locatation - inside/outside living

Stunning property with an amazing location. Water views on 3 sides through expansive glass walls and windows were beautiful. The home easily accommodated our group of 2 seniors, 2 adults, and 6 teenagers. Tip: Parking is tight but we were able to easily park 3 cars (F-150 pickup, Escalade SUV, and smaller Nissan Murano), without blocking the neighbor's driveway access, by parallel parking one of the larger vehicles across the end of the drive. Property is for sale but we will definitely return if it remains in the vacation rental market.

Wonderful & spacious

Loved our stay in this beautiful modern home during spring break visiting nearby family. Spacious comfortable beds in all rooms with warm bedding. Perfect sunset views and night. It was wonderful to have so much bathroom space & showers with 9 of us there. The lake was very low due to early spring which was actually convenient & gave all our teens endless “yard” space to play spikeball & other games on the sandy lake bottom “beach”. Parking space super limited as noted in the listing however we were still able to fit a Ford Explorer in garage and F350 truck in the driveway. Super conveniently located, especially to the little downtown of Bigfork. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Modern House on Flathead Lake

Property is beautiful overlooking Flathead Lake. House is well represented by the pictures, well maintained, clean, and in GREAT shape!! Host was precise and prompt on all communication. Yes, parking is challenging, and limited to 2 vehicles. And this was communicated. Our party (10) only had 2 vehicles. The house is off of a pipe stem driveway that cannot be blocked and only room for 2 vehicles. Awesome property, and I would stay there again.

Spring Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property as the quality of the home exceeded expectations. Each room had a beautiful view and the space overall was a great fit for our needs. The beauty of the home, proximity to area attractions made the location very desirable. I would encourage potential travelers to consider a couple of things when selecting this property: 1. Spring time travel vs Summer Travel. I would encourage any potential renter to review the details of the rental agreement in advance and opt for trip insurance. We encountered a major snow storm that impacted our ability travel initially and when communicating with the management company, there were no considerations that could be made. Luckily we were able to make changes with the airline to accommodate this, but that was by happenstance. 2. Additionally when traveling in the Spring, the Lake has yet to reach its full level due to snow melt. If you are expecting the lake to resemble the photos, please taper those expectations. I would imagine during the summer season, the snow has melted which results in a beautiful lakefront experience. 3. Parking is limited. We had 2 full sized Trucks and had to get creative with our parking arrangements. The house can accommodate large groups yet if groups are coordinating and taking multiple vehicles, this could be problematic. Groups that are consolidated to 1 vehicle should not have problems with this . Overall we certainly enjoyed our stay and the home and scenery were gorgeous. In hindsight, a spring stay given the weather conditions would prevent a renter from experiencing the full majestic potential of this property. If we EVER have a chance to come back in the summertime we would DEFINITELY look to rent this home again.

Thanksgiving with family

Our daughter and son in law flew in from Europe to join the family for Thanksgiving. We have a small house in kalispell and wanted our daughter and husband, son, his wife and 3 young boys all stay together. This was the perfect location (under 30 minutes away) and the perfect house. Everyone had their own private bath...the view was perfect. The grandsons (2, 5, and 7) had plenty of things to keep them busy. It was a great stay.
