Tidy Three Bedroom Home in Ruakaka.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom home, conviniently located an easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful Ruakaka beach & the local shopping centre. There is a Super KIng bed, a Queen bed & Double bunk with single bed on Top.

The living room has a corner couch & 2 rocking chairs. There is a TV with a Smart TV chromecast.

Bathroom is a shower over bath.

Outdoor living boasts a 3 burner BBQ, table & chairs.

There is a well appointed Kitchen with stove top, oven, Microwave, full fridge freezer & dishwasher. All plates, pots & cutlery are provided.

Washing machine & dryer available for longer stays.

There is a fairly long driveway if you would like to bring a boat & securely store it. The local boat ramp at One tree point is 6km away.

At the local shopping centre, less than one km away. There is a Super market. 4 square, local butcher, takeaways (Fish n Chips, Chineese food, pizza & kebabs. And a liquor store.

2 day minimum stay over long weekends.
5 day minimum stay over Christmas, New Year Period. 18 Dec - 8 Jan Approx.

Relaxing Ruakaka

We enjoyed our stay in Ruakaka.  The beds were extremely comfortable.  Carpet was soft and the deck out the back was handy.  Clean and comfortable. And there were provisions left for us to use.  Thank you. Only we were dissapointed at not having the spa to use.  Might have been wishful thinking and an assumption on our part.
