The Space:

The Marisol Condominiums consist of three units that share a communal space and swimming pool. The pool is private, and we kindly ask that only guests of the building complex use it. Access is limited to residents and their accompanied visitors. This third-floor unit is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway, with clearly marked spaces. Please display your parking permit inside your vehicle—on the mirror or dashboard—using the permit provided at check-in.



Guest Access:

La Copa Vacations ensures secure access to all Marisol Condominiums via digital keypads. Once you have provided all necessary documents and made full payment, you will get an email with complete instructions and a unique access code, expiring at 11am on your checkout day.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is centrally located on South Padre Island close to all of the best dining and entertainment SPI has to offer!



Getting Around:

The South Padre Island Metro is a free bus service that gets you within steps of most areas on South Padre Island. The island also has a "Park and Ride" facility on the South of town. Gulf Blvd., where these condos are located, is also very bike friendly.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $65 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.



Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve.



Important Notice for Our Guests: Your reservation total includes a $59 damage waiver fee, providing coverage up to $1500 for accidental damages. Additional details will be provided upon check-in.
