Most perfect cabin

The absolute most perfect setting and stunning place.Although It definitely needs some tlc and some neglect is observed it was the idyllic place to rest!A little cabin with a peaceful quiet soul.

The Perfect, Serene Cottage Getaway!

My sisters and I spent an amazing week at Bears Log Cabin! The location of the cottage is very private, peaceful and quiet. Just what we were looking for! The cabin itself is just gorgeous - cozy, comfortable, rustic, but with updated furniture that fits so nicely with the style of the place. We loved spending time down on the dock, reading, relaxing and swimming! The lake has a weedy bottom, but is deep enough around the dock and further out, so that the weeds aren’t really a bother. We swam each day and enjoyed floating around the little bay. Highly recommend this property! We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic place on a point within a secluded bay. We kept our boat tied at the deep water dock and had easy water access to the lakes between Chaffey’s and Newboro. There are portions of the dock in both shade and sun throughout the day and summer sunsets and sunrises are both visible from the dock. The bay where the cabin is located is very quiet. This is an actual log cabin!! This is not a kit-built wannabe! If rustic cottages and cabins are your thing, it is beautiful, inside and out and is highly recommended. You get all the benefits of a rustic cabin along with amazing modern amenities! There is an air conditioned sunroom (with a wood stove if you are visiting in the fall or spring). There is a deck with furniture and a nice gas grill. In a separate building, right next to the cottage there is a stacked washer and drier and a second three-piece bathroom. The cabin itself, the refrigerator, kitchen sink, and countertop space are all large. The bed is comfortable. AC, fireplace, and wood stoveIt is a great place for a romantic getaway or a family with small children, or any small group of family or friends who are comfortable living in each other’s spaces. The second bed is a sleep sofa in the sunroom. To be clear, while this is a fantastic find for many vacationers, if you are not familiar with cabin or cottage life, or are uncomfortable with an open concept living and kitchen area adjacent to the king size bed, separated only with a curtain, this may not be for you.
