Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood of Dewey/Rehoboth Beach and rents to family groups only (per neighborhood guidelines). This house is perfect for family gatherings or reunions! Bring the extended family! Guests always comment about the size and comfort of the home. Everyone has loved staying here and many have returned for multiple years! (Read the reviews :-)

- 4 Full Bathrooms: 2 with bath tubs and 2 with shower stalls + outside enclosed
shower (with hot/cold water).
- Whole house A/C plus Mini Split for back porch.
- WiFi internet and 3 Smart TV's (70", 55" 65" - Dish Network)
- Game Room with foosball, shuffleboard, board games, jig saw puzzles, wet bar
and refrigerator.
- Pool Table (separate room from game room)
- Parking for up to 7 cars (no lawn parking allowed).
- Fully stocked kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, full size Washer /Dryer, microwave, coffeemaker (full pot and pods), 4 slice toaster (bagel capable), blender, etc.
- Weber gas grill.
- Large patio with 2 tables (with umbrellas) to seat 6 - 10 (table 1) and 4 people (table 2).
- Front Porch with seating to relax and read a good book! (2 chairs + table and bench seating)

The enclosed back porch is a special place for families to relax and enjoy the outdoor beauty inside. Windows across back allow park-like view to back yard landscaping. Guests have commented how much they like relaxing in this semi-private space! A mini-split was added to the back porch for extra comfort.

There is less traffic in the neighborhood and many families ride their bikes around the streets without concern. It is also great for walking your dog at any time of day. There is a neighborhood boat ramp (to Bay) - 2 blocks from home.

Leave the cars at the house since it's an easy walk to downtown Dewey Beach or take the Jolly Trolley into downtown Rehoboth. 1 wagon and 1 expanding wagon are available to take the kids and gear to the beach. 6 Beach Chairs are also provided.
Tax FREE Outlets are nearby and there are many great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Delightful property with lots of amenities. Great location within walking distance (0.5 miles) of the ocean and the bay (0.8 miles). Was pleased to see that there was a ramp from the garage into the house for accessibility. Would happily stay there again!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! It had plenty of space for our extended family. It was clean and well-equipped. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to the beach and the restaurants and shops in Dewey. Excellent and timely communication with the host. The pictures really doesn’t do this home justice! The home is beautiful! Our host was very receptive and accommodating. My family loved our time there. We celebrated my aunts 92 birthday and she was so pleased with the ease of moving around freely without fear of falling, and the walk-in shower made it easy for her to get in and out without help. My family and I would definitely rent this home again!

Great location, great property manager

During a difficult vacation season because of the coronavirus, the owner was especially helpful and understanding. The neighborhood was great; quiet, nice for walking and riding bikes. The walk to the beach or bay was easy.

Walkable to Dewey beach, a small bayside beach with crabs and fish and horseshoe crabs, and nearby a nice playground. Many activities in the house and wagons and boogie boards for the beach. Also enjoyed the outside shower.

Lovely house and great location

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for the whole family. We had a few rainy days on the trip and really appreciated having the game room and plenty of TVs to occupy the kids, The neighborhood was cute and quiet and we were able to easily walk to the beach and town. The Host was lovely as well, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall just a wonderful experience.

The house was great! The neighborhood was quiet but close to all of the restaurants and downtown. Plenty of room for a large family and lots of space! The owner has many of the amenities available for you which is great if you forget basic things. She has thought of just about everything and we would definitely stay there again!

Fun and spacious house near the beach

We had a little family reunion (six adults) at this house and we all had a wonderful time. It's a great location near the beach, but a little quieter since it's a bit off the highway. The rooms were all clean and comfortable, and it was fun winding down our evenings around the pool table. The kitchen was stocked and the furniture and decorations gave it a really welcoming vibe. The host was helpful and responded to texts quickly. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Dewey.

Close to Everything Dewey!

Nice house in an excellent location, we walked everywhere. Plenty of room for the whole family including a fun game room in basement. We found the house well-appointed with everything we needed for a long weekend. The house was neat when we arrived except that several bathroom trash cans had not been emptied.

Great place to spread out and relax

Nice house! Very spacious, allowed the family to take to their corners when needed and gave the teenagers some space. We came with an extended family, the grandparents liked the ranch layout. 10 minutes walk to the beach a quick jaunt to Dewey and you have everything you need. Highly recommend bikes. The beach chairs and wagon were a welcome amenity. Very comfortable back porch and outdoor area. Hope to be back.

Fabulous family vacation

Exceptional communication with the owner Suzanne. The house was a home away from home. Loaded with everything you would need for a week at the beach. We were met with a welcome bag of goodies of TP, tissues, tea towel and an informational guide to the home and town. There was enough room in the house for you to be in different groups to play games, eat, or just talk. The beach chairs were much appreciated along with the umbrellas for the beach.There was an abundance of kitchen accessories, utensils, etc. that we wanted for nothing when making our meals. We were a three generational family consisting of members 2 1/2 to 73 years old. We all had fun and had a place in that home that felt comfortable. I hope to stay there again and would recommend this home to all.

Family at the Beach

This was a week with 3 generations...2-67 years old. 12 people in all. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Much of it has been updated, including bathrooms. Basement with pool table, foos ball, shuffle board, bar. Enough rooms and beds for everyone. House is well maintained. Mattresses/beds were very good. Kitchen had lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Enough for 20 people. Great location. 10 minute walk to beach, food, ice cream etc. The owner/agent were great in communicating. I've rented a lot of homes over the years. This one wasn't fancy, but it was great.

Great house, great neighborhood

Our family of four stayed in this home recently and loved it. It may not have the traditional "beach house" look from the outside, but it was well appointed and spacious. Our 21-year-old son took the basement and enjoyed having his own space, the pool table, and the big screen tv. The sun porch was my preferred spot to read and relax, while my husband and daughter claimed the living room and that tv. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and high-end appliances (the fanciest toaster we've ever seen!). The beach is a 10-12 minute walk, but the host generously provides a cart and beach chairs for guests to use. The property is also walking distance to both kayaking and jet ski outfits, as well as several restaurants. We took our bikes and were pleased at how bike-friendly the neighborhood, and indeed all of Dewey and Rehoboth, were. The host was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries and clearly wants guests to enjoy their stay. If we return to Dewey next year, we will book this house.

Well Appointed and A Great Location

Our vacation was a family reunion. We were pleasantly surprised the property was in a great location within walking distance to the beach to Dewey beach town and also a short walk to Rehobeth beach. The house was impeccably clean and it had everything that she could need on a vacation including surprisingly an electric griddle for pancakes. The sunporch in the back of the house was a favorite location for our family to congregate it was sunny and delightful.

Great home for family gatherings

This property was perfect for our family gathering.. My husband and I had 10 family members staying with us and we all slept comfortably. The property is close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. The home provided plenty of space for games in the evening. We were able to play games and not disturb each other. The kids & grown ups loved the pool table and game room. This property was fantastic for our family. In addition, The owner responded quickly to our concerns.

This home is also the perfect location if the weather does not cooperate: movie theaters are close or stay at home and play pool, foosball, shuffleboard or one of the many board games or jigsaw puzzles offered.
