Welcome to Beach Haven! Completely remodeled exterior and interior, MAY 2024. This gorgeous 4BD/3BA ocean-view home features an open-concept floor plan with hardwood floors, a mix of coastal and traditional décor, three oceanfront porches, one screened-in, and two open-air, with unbeatable views. Beach Haven is a summer rental only, accommodating up to 10 guests. It is on the quiet end of E Ashley Avenue, next to the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. The Preserve is perfect for viewing the landmark Morris Island Lighthouse, surf fishing, beachside strolls, wildlife observation, photography, and captivating ocean and marsh views.
Whether you are sitting soaking up the ocean views on one of the porches, or enjoying time with the family in open concept shared space, this properties is perfect to make memories with your family and friends. Spread out even more with the additional living space under the home with plenty of seating and a basketball hoop! Rinse off after your day at the beach with the hot and cold conveniently located exterior open air shower.
This property does not have direct beach access. The public beach access closest to this property is one house down, on Summer Place.

Notes During your stay, you will enjoy the following amenties: Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, iron, ironing board, and all linens & towels (minus beach towels). Nespresso machine, French press, standard drip coffee maker, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, cleaning supplies, firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs. Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a keyless entry system, and a door code will be provided before your arrival date. Folly Beach has a noise ordinance at 10 p.m. that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. This is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as "pets considered" and approved by our office. Check-in time: 4 p.m.; Check-out time: 10 a.m. A 50% payment is required when booking, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your check-in date. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

Quick September getaway was planned and this place was great. Comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms (great water pressure)! The house was immaculate and VERY well stocked. We had a great time--if only the weather had cooperated!

We stay at Folly annually going back six years. This is the most comfortable, modern and well-equipped place that we’ve stayed by far. Everything worked (tvs, cold AC, appliances, grill, etc)! The updates are noticeable and nice touches. Amazing showers with good pressure and hot water for all! The location is great and there are chairs and boogie boards, etc available. The home is close to the beach but be aware the one block walk for some may be a challenge. There is a way to walk towards the lighthouse and access the beach but that route includes thick sand….good to have options. It was a lovely, practical stay with all we needed and no fluff we didn’t need.
All the appliances were difficult to work. You should have a book that tells how to work the appliances, lights, air etc. we never did get the tv to work and the air did its own thing. Impossible to work. Too too high tech! Nice place though even the the floors are a mess.

Thank you for your review. We apologize about the flooring issue, that has been taken care of. We do have some instructions in the Guestbook but that's a great tip and we will look into adding more.
