This is a cute studio in Knoxville! There are shops and bars/restaurants down the street that we walked to, and we easily could have walked to all the sites downtown (but Lyft was less that 5 so we were lazy). Everything was great and we would stay here again if we return!

Room was clean and as advertised. The smell in the hallway was awful and there was a distinct smell to the room upon entering. It served its purpose for us but would not stay again.

Excellent location for walking in old town. Also parking was free and easy. Which was such a relief. Great place to stay for one or two people. The bed is against the wall but my husband just exited at the foot of the bed. We paid 387 per night average which it was graduation weekend at UT and that seemed comparable to other places. Also it was nice and quiet so no problems sleeping at night! Yay.

The hospital as amazing! They responded immediately with any questions and are so helpful and kind. The apartment is immaculate and they provide anything you need! The kitchen and its amenities are awesome! The host even provides snacks, coffee and muffins for breakfast.

Lovely Studio and Charming Area

I consider myself blessed to have found this lovely studio apartment. If you are looking for a spotless comfortable safe place for two in a great area you have found it! They also provide anything you need from snacks coffee and fresh clean towels! The host was very kind and responsive to any need I had. You are located right in the Old City which has wonderful restaurants bars and cute shops. This area is also just a short U er to the campus. This was my first stay but I will definitely be back! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality!
