Great location, great pool, great beach.

Tennis was great. This place had a bunch of extra beach/pool gear. Thanks for the beach chairs. Bedroom set up was great for our three kids. The condo is in a great location. Super close to restaurants and shopping spots. We loved this place and we will be back soon.

Relaxing

Conveniently located to everything we wanted. Cozy and very clean, neighbors were very polite. The only thing was when we turned down the thermostat down it would eventually shoot back up to 75. Other than that very nice stay.

Great location and comfort

New favorite location in Cocoa Beach. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen well stocked. Nice large balcony with clear view to the pool, and relaxing sound of surf. Towel racks in bathrooms and bedroom ceiling fan would be a nice addition.

Everything was good once the door code issue was resolved and the internet issue was fixed. Also, we had a serviceman just walk in one day saying he was there to clean the furniture. That was a little bit disturbing. He was told we had already checked out.
