Two TVs make sure your crew doesn’t fight over the remote, and the updated kitchenette is ready for action, with a full fridge, microwave & convection oven, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig, and even an ice maker to keep your drinks chill. Pots, pans, and all the basics are included if you’re feeling chef-y.

When you’re not chilling in your suite, the prime location has you covered! Get to shops, hit up killer local eats, or grab groceries if you’re into DIY dining. Once you park your ride in our convenient lot, you can forget it – this spot is all about exploring and unwinding. And if you need clean threads, there’s a guest laundry on the second floor.

🐶 Pet Policy: Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet. Dogs are welcome (max 2) with prior approval and a pet fee. Service animals are always welcome without charge.

ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $25/night per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

Yes, leashed pets are allowed on Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina from October 1–March 31, but not on the beach strand from April 1–September 30

Security cameras in common areas, including the pool, are there to keep things safe. Reservations require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

The pool area is open 8am-8pm year-round, but guests may only enter the water from April 1st - October 30th

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
