This property provides a charming and family-friendly experience on a quaint, lower-traffic street. It is ideal for families with children or groups looking for extra room during their stay.

Living Spaces
The main common spaces are all located on the first floor. The living room features two plush sofas (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa) and side chair. On the lower level, there is an additional living room room with a sofa, TV and workstation so guests can relax and watch a movie or read a book while others play games or converse. It is also a great place to sneak away for some remote work or study.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for you and yours, including a large fridge, plenty of cabinet space, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and utensils. There is both an indoor dining room next to the kitchen and island seating for two. The indoor dining room offers an abundance of natural light with it's direct access to the covered porch and is perfect for drinking morning coffees, preparing lunches, and planning the day's adventure.

Bed & Bath
Guests have their choice among three bedrooms. The second-floor main bedroom features an elegant king bed with a private bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower and vanity. This room is great for couples or guests looking for extra privacy. Additionally, on the second floor, there is a another bedroom with a plush queen bed and another full bathroom. On the basement level, you'll find the third bedroom, which is adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and vanity. This space is ideal for families looking to stay away from the other bedrooms and main areas, and offers a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle.

The house was great for an extended family weekend trip. The house is located within walking distance to the beach, town and Kids corner. Would definitely stay here again. Just a note, the driveway is very narrow.

Great stay in South Haven

This was our first time staying in South Haven. Great place, great location. Short walk to both the beach and downtown area. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Great location…close to lake and town. We loved that we were able to see the lake from the front porch. The house was lovely for the 6 of us. It was comfortable, clean and spacious giving each couple their own bathroom. We enjoyed the fire pit and the evening strolls to witness the sunset. We have been coming to the area for over 30 years and this property checks all the boxes. We will be back!

Family time

We had a wonderful stay, our family came from four different states to gather in South Haven. The property was wonderful, the outdoor space was a huge bonus, and we loved being there. Beach is just a few minutes away, easy walking distance to enjoy the lake or watch the sunset. Definitely recommend!

Want to go to the beach?

1.5 blocks to the beach! What an awesome location! House was immaculate. Felt like it was just remodeled. Sitting out on porch for morning me time was relaxing. Fresh breezes coming thru the windows in the quiet neighborhood puts you to sleep. Plenty of space to spread out if you have teens. Worth every penny.

Weeds out of control

The weeds were out of control and they were scratching my car every time we pulled into the drive, and the weeds were over grown on the porch and around the fire pit, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside at all, plus there is only 1 TV in the entire house and it is in the basement, I guess I should have asked before we booked, but who doesn’t have a TV in the living room
