This condo unit was awful. At check in, we noticed the fridge was broken. We contacted Evolve and someone was sent out. It was determined the compressor was bad and unfixable. It was clear the fridge had not been working for some time as it was completely dry (not a drop of condensation) and warm and had been cleaned out. I have photo proof. Was told a new fridge would be installed after we leave. We were given a tiny refund which did not even cover the cost of the food we brought which spoiled since there was no fridge. 3 days into our stay (less than 24 hours before checkout), we were told we would be permitted to go to Walmart and purchase a couple of small refrigerators ourselves and submit a receipt to later get possibly reimbursed. It is not the guests' job to fix the maintenence issues. Evolve or the owner should have brought over a small refrigerator immediately when they were informed of the issue or moved us to another unit. We asked for a refund according to the severity of the issue with no response.Other maintenance issues: The fireplace did not work until the 2nd day when we requested someone come fix it. The microwave door handle was broken off and laying on the kitchen countertop when we arrived at the unit. The smoke detectors appeared ancient and chirped at us every few seconds. Twin sheets provided for queen pull out.Avoid this unit and any managed by Evolve at all costs. There will be significant maintenance issues and they will not be addressed.
