Great location, spacious home with plenty of room for several people. Clean home with comfortable beds and other furnishings. Fully functional kitchen and grill out on the deck. My only issue was that the final drive was a little steep, but put the truck in low and it was no issue. Close to everything!
The cabin was beautiful. I have stayed in vacation rentals in all 50 states and this cabin was one of the best. I will definitely rent here again hands down.

This is our second time back to this beautiful property in Maggie Valley. The cabin is in great shape and looks just like the photos and is even better in person. The host is very kind and available for any needs. I have absolutely no complaints and we plan to come back soon!
This is a beautiful cabin that is comfortable for the family! Be prepared to haul your own trash away, but other than that we loved every minute of it!

Thank you, Steve! We'd love to have y'all back. We're working on a fix for the trash situation to replace our old shed the bears kept breaking into. :)
This property and house was amazing for us. Huge rooms and plenty of space indoors with large upper/main level porch. The tranquility of this place was exactly what we were looking for and the views off this porch must be the best on the mountain, amazing!
The house was just as described and well stocked. The covered porch was enjoyable no matter what the weather although we had perfect weather. The manager was very easy to work with.
We had a very enjoyable stay in Maggie Valley, and the house was perfect for us. Very comfortable, well appointed, close to everything we wanted to do and the view from the deck was amazing! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We would go back for sure!

Perfect week away with a fabulous view from porch filled with comfortable rockers. Well appointed and cozy. Close to activities. We plan another stay with this property next year.
There are not enough stars on the page to give this piece of property as this law cabin is absolutely spectacular by every measure. From the comfortable cabin to the amazing amenities to go with it along with an absolutely Gregorian host who’s concerned for you would be as if it was his own family. The sensational views and the surrounding areas are spectacular as well as the features at Cataloochee Ranch, as well as other Must see and must visit venues includingPiscah Inn restaurant minus the fog!!!!! We love this cabin and certainly love Maggie Valley along with his great host and will be coming back for many years to come. And the view from the deck is worth the visit… Thank you and we will see you next year
Just really enjoyed it. A little chilly in basement but worked out okay with blankets.

Hi, Kathy! We're glad you enjoyed it! We're hoping with the new thermostat going in, the fan will run periodically (even without the heat or AC) to move air around the house, and the temperature will be more balanced between the upstairs and downstairs. Hope to have y'all back in the future!
Property was beautiful, comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. Def recommend

Fantastic Family Thanksgiving!
Our family sets aside the Thanksgiving Holiday each year to reconnect and take a break from our hectic lives. This year was among the best! The cabin is clean, well laid out, and well supplied.

Best wishes!
The cabin was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and had all of the necessities for our 10 day stay. The view was gorgeous. The only negative was the steep roads but it was well worth the “white knuckles” when you got there !!! That’s how it is when you’re on top of a mountain !! Thank you for a wonderful experience !!

The home is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We loved the swing on the deck and the wind chimes. Everything worked properly and we were very pleased to have been there.
The beds were oh so comfortable after a long day. The view is lovely even at night, so all in all I highly recommend this home in this most beautiful mountain location.

This was our 2nd stay at this cabin We are four friends over age 75. We love the view clear across the valley to the mountains from sunrise to sunset. Porch is our favorite spot for a good book or just to enjoy God’s beautiful creation. Cabin is high on the mountain, but road is easy to travel. Close enough to Waynesville for shopping & dining. Very enjoyable peak week adventure.
I rated online listening only 4 stars because it was even better than online representation. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and it suited us perfectly. Very peaceful/beautiful setting which is exactly what the doctor ordered. Used it as base to commute to Ashville for day trip.

This property was just as described. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. The views from the back porch were amazing. The area it was in was quiet and secluded. There was not many cabins around. Did not hear or see anybody the 3 nights we were there. Owners were very easy to communicate with.
We will for sure be back for another stay :)

This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for us and our family who visited. Unfortunately, we had an infestation of carpenter ants while we were there, which was quite unpleasant. One whole day was spent sweeping and vacuuming up eggs and ants. The owner was quick to communicate with us and sent a pest contractor right away who retreated the house inside and out. This quickly resolved the issue. We will stay at this property again.

We still hate you all had to deal with the ants, but glad we were able to get it resolved. Our neighbors up the street had some issues with them as well, so it seems like it was from the tree cutting up the street. Thankfully, we haven't had any further issues!
We can't wait to have you all back next year! Best wishes!
This was our second time renting this home. This home has everything you will need for your stay. Home is very clean and roomy. The master bedroom is upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs with their own bath. Plenty of privacy for families or couples coming to visit. Has 2 porches a lower and upper level. The pictures do not do justice to this home's views. At night you can see the lights of Maggie Valley.
We will continue to rent this home if available on our future trips to Maggie Valley.

Thank you, Shawn, for the kind words! Just let us know whenever you're all ready to head back up to the cabin! :-)
We have a great time in this wonderful cabin. It was perfect. The drive up the mountain was beautiful and very easy to get to the property. The driveway has ample parking and easy access into the home. It was decorated perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes etc. They even had cinnamon for french toast and a k-pod coffee maker! The view was absolutely amazing. We could have stayed forever. It was so quiet and peaceful at the cabin but not far from places to go. We went in July and it was cool in the mornings and spring-like weather during the day. The porch rockers and swing were the best! Very nice place. I will definitely stay again one day!
