This is ground level studio with private entrance and on street parking with a permit.
It has open concept fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as Nespresso coffee machine.
Leaving area includes queen bed with luxury mattress , 32" Smart Roku TV , mobile clothing rack and table with a two chairs.
The bathroom has the shower ,sink and toilet.We provide you with body wash, shampoo/conditioner, soft, Egyptian cotton towels and hair blow driers.
Studio also equipped with a stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The quality of air is controlled by the HRV system. (If required we install window air conditioner.)
Free Wi-Fi , basic cable tv and one parking permit are provided.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions and made the transaction very easy. The only things I would like to see differently is perhaps more towels as we were there for multiple days and another option for a blanket on the bed as the one provided felt heavy like a weighted blanket. Overall the apartment and the hosts were great and I would book again. Thank you.

Exploring my Newfoundlander roots

We had three nights in this perfectly located and cozy studio apartment. The kitchen was well equipped to make our breakfasts, and we slept quite comfortably. Our host, Slava, was congenial and available with a phone call. Would recommend to any person or couple spending a couple of nights in historic, old-town St. John’s.

What a gem! This place appears new, clean and FABULOUSLY stocked with everything you need and more. Although small, it is very well organized and comfortable. Even includes a washer/dryer (with laundry soap), expresso machine, Keurig, water/ice in the fridge and even tea. A great experience in VRBO. Better than advertised.

Wonderful!

Great location for walking George St and the harbour area. Easy communication with the owner. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Compact accommodations, but has everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Nice little suite. I didn't use many of it's amenities - bed and washroom. The unit is very comfortable, as is the bed (although a firmer pillow or 2 would be a plus). I'd certainly stay here again, possibly when my wife is able travel with me. It's an easy downhill walk to the old downtown of St. John's, even for a 71 yr old - LOL up hill is another story - about an 8-10 dollar Uber ride back up..

Very new property as of July 2024, and everything was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was great but does require parallel parking on a relatively busy street - with a parking permit included.

Superb apartment in a great location

What a wonderful studio apartment located in a perfect neighborhood. Lots of room for two people with a well appointed kitchen and bath. Air conditioning kept us comfortable on the warm sunny days. Easy walk to Duckworth and George streets for evenings out. About a 30-40 minute walk to Quidi Vidi. Stay here. Worth every dollar!

Our stay overall was great, great use of small space! Only downside was construction upstairs which was very noisy and we were not informed ahead of time it was going on. We hoped to sleep in a bit on vacation and were unable to due to the loud noise

Perfect Downtown Location

Best location. Everything as advertised and more. Slava has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. He was easy to communicate with and met extra requests ( provided us with lawn chairs when asked ). Would definitely stay with Slava again.
