Great place to stay. Listing is accurate. Perfect area to stay with numerous restaurants close by to eat and if you like the outdoors, relatively close to a walking trail along the Ohio river.

My husband and I booked the loft for our quick anniversary trip down to visit whiskey row and meet up with cross country friends for a birthday bash during the same weekend. As soon as we got there, I felt right at home and relaxed. It's a great cozy loft that was very clean, and organized and one heck of a vinyl collection. Parking was just behind the loft and was in a parking garage instead of street parking, which was nice. Justin was a great host with detailed instructions for check in, casual on checkout/rules (nice to not have a list to check off for trash, linens, towels, recycle, etc.), and quick to respond when needed. We will definitely come back.

This is our second time staying here. We have had a great trip both times. The location is great. Easy access to everything and the parking is close and easy. The space is perfect for a couple. Clean and the bed is comfortable, fast WiFi and the host is very responsive and friendly. This is our go to spot when we are in Louisville.

Both the property and Justin were five stars! The loft was upscale and clean, with modern decor mixed with a sense of cozy and old school. Justin was unbelievably quick to respond to any questions I had - VRBO is lucky to have him. Churchill Downs is a quick 10 or 15 minute drive and although we didn't win any money at the races we hit the jackpot with this loft! Highly recommend.

This was the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The location is close to downtown Louisville and just steps to Fourth Street Live.The apartment is very unique in its furniture and amenities. Large bathroom, washer and dryer just as cozy as can be. The record player and hundreds of albums was a real treat. Side of the refrigerator has numerous notes from previous gustes all giving this stay a 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay here again and tell anyone we know traveling to Louisville to see if this location is available. Having parking provided was a real bonus we were not aware of. Great stay, we loved it.

So cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay. The overall feel/theme of the loft was very inviting and cozy, and the location was perfect for a night out on 4th street. We loved looking through and playing the records. That was our favorite! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Location

Very cozy and comfortable loft ! Perfect Location for everything downtown Louisville has to offer !! Short walking distance to everything... Communication with owner was great....Loved the stay. .i cant wait for next Louisville event!
