LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and balcony. Second master bedroom has a double bed and private bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dirty sheets, dirty pillows, dirty towels! Unless you are okay with your precious children sleeping in smelly, unchanged beds, do not stay at this place.
