These guys are amazing. We've stayed at the Grapefruit campus (literally) multiple times and have booked two more times. They get it. Their home is equipped properly for everything. Family and friends can enjoy being together without feeling cramped. Additionally, they are set up to entertain with cooking, dining, games, watching playoffs, and lounging. Almost afraid too many will book Grapefruit House. Well done Pete and Maria! Cheers

This property is insane!! Beautiful home and decor, plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out, huge kitchen, well stocked and dining table fit whole family. Best of all is the backyard..ultimate resort atmosphere with activities for every age. You’ll never want to leave!!

Amazing Pool House

House is gorgeous with a big kitchen, huge master suite and 5 full bedrooms. Pool area is like a 5 star resort. We didn't want to leave. If your ok being out of town a ways, this is the place to book!

Outstanding in every way

It's not often that you run into a VRBO that is perfect in every way. From the moment I was granted a special request by the host, to the moment we left after three wonderful days, the experience was absolutely perfect. The home is majestic and unbelievably well thought out. Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed. It's hard to find enough superlatives to describe this place. They really know how to do it right.

Bring the Team! Arizona Athletic Grounds friendly!

This is a fantastic property and well cared for. Ownership group communicated just enough, and everything operated as it should. I own premier STR's, so I come in with a critical eye. This property is a PLAYGROUND. My only hiccup was its location. It's out there by itself...part of the Phoenix-Mesa sprawl. 40 minutes from PHX airport, but only 15 minutes from Phoenix-Mesa airport. If you are coming to town for any event/tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds...this is the place to stay. So much for the kids (and adults) to do at this property. If you want a "staycation", you never have to leave. Big, well appointed kitchen; great bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; garage parking; and a backyard playgound that is just insane. My adult children acted like elementary schoolers. Note: This property does have cameras throughout the exterior and a strict noise ordinance. Locals don't live by the same restrictions, however, only renters. So enjoy the neighbors tunes after 10PM (which was pretty good, BTW)

An extraordinary home for our "staycation"

We just returned from our stay at this absolutely incredible home. My husband and I took our daughters and their families a short distance from home just to relax and all be together. I found this property not too far, chose it because it had plenty of room for all 10 of us, and we were not disappointed. Each couple had their own private bedroom with bathroom in their suite. Our 4-yr-old great grandson found a room with a bunk bed and he was all set. The pictures in this listing do not do justice to this amazing home. The cleanliness was extraordinary. The kitchen was stocked to perfection with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. There was nothing we lacked. The outside grounds were impeccable; the pool, the games on the lawn, a trampoline, a basketball/pickle ball court, a hot tub, and best of all...a large sunken patio with abundant seating and a large screen TV for gathering outside for drinks. We had 5 days and 4 nights and it was truly difficult to leave this home. We will definitely book again; probably become a yearly "staycation" for us. The best part - our hosts. They were in touch all the way through booking and arrival. They responded immediately when we had a couple of questions about "how to use" something. Kind, generous people and this was one of the absolute best VRBO rentals I have ever booked for us. Thank you so very much to our hosts for making us feel so completely welcome in your extraordinarily beautiful home.
