We are sorry these concerns were not brought to our attention during the stay, as our team would have welcomed the opportunity to help. The only request we received during the six-night reservation was for the Wi-Fi password. That message arrived around midnight, after our office had closed, and we responded as soon as we reopened the following morning. The Wi-Fi information was also included in the welcome letter and is in the home on a magnet on the refrigerator. The other concerns mentioned here were unfortunately only mentioned after checkout, following a violation of our rental agreement by remaining past the scheduled departure time. We had carefully explained that we could not approve a late checkout because another guest was arriving that afternoon and our team needed the full turnover period to prepare the home. The property receives professional pest-control service, and our local team is available to investigate cleaning, maintenance, supply, or pest concerns when they are reported. We care about our guests’ comfort and respond promptly whenever we are given the opportunity to make something right.

To help guests plan accordingly, the starter supplies provided in the home, including items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, are clearly outlined in both the rental agreement (available before the booking is made) and the welcome information sent prior to arrival. These items are intended to get guests settled, with additional supplies being the guest’s responsibility during the stay. The community access process is also shared in advance of arrival so guests know what to expect when entering the neighborhood. Gated communities often require authorization for entry as part of their security measures. Regarding communication, our team is available throughout each stay and responds promptly to all messages. We did not receive concerns during your reservation that would have allowed us to assist further or clarify any confusion in real time. We remain committed to clear communication, following our agreements, and supporting our guests throughout their stay.
