Good roomy home. Pool was quite small once they got it to where we could actually get in it it was ik. There was NO SPA which was disappointing. But over all it was a good stay.

Tranquility way

Renting a place for 4 nights with 14 people should have more than 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll a paper towels and 2 trash bags. Worse customer service I've ever dealt with. No verbal communication available. No recollection of gated community and having to wait and get "allowed entry" every single time we entered. I'll never stay with yall again

Cold Michigan Weather Get Away

We rented the house for the month of February. The house was very nice and big enough for our family. Check in and Check out process was very easy and there was good communication with property manager . We had and issue with a low battery smoke alarm and maintenance was quick to respond even coming at a late hour which was much appreciated. The gated community was nice and community pool was great for the kids. The disappointing side of our stay was requesting heat for our private pool and when the pool maintenance person came to turn it on it was determined that the pool heater was broken. I was quickly notified thru email from the property manager stating that it was unfortunate but the repair was up to the property owner and no effort was made to repair the heater for the remainder of our stay.

Unpleased renter

The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The problems i found is the police and tow tru ks out there are very harassing not too much to me because we tried to stay up on them. But it seems like they are constantly watching to see if you do anything slightly wrong to tow your car. And the parking is very bad with only 3 cars able to park legally. Very small driveway for a big family should have told we would not be able to use the garage in the contract. Tried contacting host and never received a call back to find out about garage parking. And the other problem is pest raccoons getting in garbage ever night and having to pickup garbage to be in guidelines. Need a way to lock it down or get another system to control them. It was one at the door upon check in i was scared to go to the door. And last not enough toilet tissue and paper towels do do anything. Which i took care and brought some but for the money i think they can supply more trash bags and bathroom tissue. I don't believe i would ever rent again from this host due to communication and the HOA out there. They are running the renters away with so many rules and tow trucks waiting to hook up to you before you can get inside
