Wonderful comfortable home very close to town. We especially liked the outdoor seating area with a bocce ball court. The perfect place to unwind after a long hike!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, check in was extremely easy, and the amenities were excellent! We used the BBQ, the bocce ball court, and enjoyed all the sitting areas in the front and back yards
The property was clean and very well equipped. The house is located within walking distance of the downtown area. It was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for my family to stay for a family wedding.
Easy access with the garage that held our two cars. Comfortable for us 4 adults. Beds were terrific. And the kitchen had everything we need to cook most of our meals at 'home'.
We had a great visit- we just love Graeagle! The house was perfect, it was clean and comfortable! It was also very dog friendly, which we really appreciate since we love to have our dog with us. The location was great! We could walk to the mill pond :)Though there was only 2 of us this trip, the house can comfortably fit a family! We will be back.
The curb appeal of this property is very stylish and modern. The home is well appointed in its furnishings, kitchen staples, and outdoor attractions. Should I visit again or have friends or family needing accommodations in Graeagle, I would definitely plan to stay here again.
We stayed for 3 nights. Grilled and had epic bocce ball games. The little hpuse was so inviting and was like staying at grandma's. We are all planning our next stay. We loved it.
The property is well maintained and well stocked. Its particularly nice to sit out in the backyard with the breeze blowing through the pine trees.....a real treat. Love this place a ton!

We absolutely loved this wonderful home! Our kids, grandkids and golden doodle did too. And all the nearby swimming, hiking and golf make this paradise. And not crowded with people either. Thank you Marguerite for a wonderful family vacation.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice decorations. Nicely equipped. Best of all dog friendly! The dogs enjoyed the fenced yard for some off leash time.

We love have Michael stay at our house. Thank you!
This home is the cleanest, most comfortable, well-stocked place we’ve ever stayed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of linens and towels. They even had dog bowls and beds for our pups to use. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe.
Margaret was extremely easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.
We have rented quite a number of vrbo houses. Communication was great. House was very clean and very well stocked. Clearly a house that the owners use themselves. Can walk to trails and also is a short drive or nice walk to local swimming pond and graegle town.

Thank you Anda! We hope you and your family had a great time!
This very well-stocked home is a perfect getaway in the paradise that is Graeagle! We often walked to the baseball field close by to play, walked in to town for exercise or shopping, played bocce ball in the front yard while taking in the scenery and relaxed in the fenced in yard with our dog. Every bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the tools we needed. All communication with Margaret was easy and pleasant. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!!
Great location and layout - this cozy home provides the perfect place to relax and is convenient to great trails and all that Graeagle has to offer. Margaret is a wonderful and responsive host, and the house is well-equipped and very pet-friendly. We wanted for nothing! Even though the heater was broken during our stay, the fireplace and the space heaters provided kept things plenty warm. The bed in the master is very comfortable and the entire place was spotless. Highly recommend!
We had a pleasant stay and it was a nice base near Graegle. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, a good place to return after our day hikes. The home was spacious and had all of the amenities. It had a 70s retro, cabin-like feel although it had a fresh paint job. The front porch was a great space to relax, though we never played bocce. For those reasons, I’m giving it 5 stars. The only downside, I would not recommend this place for people with allergies to dust or dog hair; although the home was mostly clean, it could use a thorough dusting and there was dog hair on the bedding, pillows and eventually all over my cloths. I was highly allergic, so I could barely breathe in the house and spent most my time outside. Otherwise, I’m sure it would be a dog lover’s happy place.
