Perfect holiday property for our family of 8. We really enjoyed the spa and coffee machine. Having two living areas was great for our family, some could watch movies while others hung out and chatted. Good location- short driving distance to supermarkets, cafes and beach.

This house is accurately described in the listing and it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, well appointed with lots of extras. A very generous host. Tiggy the car was very patient with the four kids under 8 that we had. Communication was great - warm and responsive.

We were in town for a family get together and had a lovely stay at Katy and Nick’s. Their place is beautiful, clean and very comfortable and, being right across from the beach, was great for a morning walk. Katy and Nick were great to communicate with, very welcoming and made everything easy, we had a great time.

The host is amazing - left us complementary drinks and nibbles! Lovely wee spot, sheltered and private yard. Comfortable and very clean.

The property is so conveniently located. It takes a short drive to Mt Maunganui vibrant cafes and restaurants. Also it is just a street away for the lovely beach but we come in autumn month so not much to comment about the beach. Overall it is a perfect place for someone who wants to bring a family or friends over for the weekend or even longer stay.
