6 people for the base rate ($10 extra per night per person 9 person max. )


Boat Fees: (these are paid directly to Carr’s).
Pontoon: 600/week 1 tank of gas included (or $125 for a one-day rental)
Two Kayaks/Canoe/Paddle Boat FREE if you rent the pontoon for the week...or you may rent them by the day or week:
One Kayak: 15/day or 100/week
Two Kayaks: 25/day or 150/week

Row Boat: 50/day or 250/week

Week long stays from Saturday to Saturday are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (Our peak season)

We provide bedding and 6 towels and 6 wash-cloths for 6 people.
We also provide towels for the kitchen and hand towels for the bathrooms.

We are a fully licensed Hotel-Tourist Rooming House -with the Barron County DHHS Public Health Services Dept.

Our water is tested every May, to make sure it is 100% safe and it tastes GREAT!
We also have a Culligan water system!

Inspections are done yearly, as we want you to know that you are getting a quality home to vacation at. We have been providing a great place for our guests to relax at since 1999. If you can find an open date, we'd love to have you at-the-lake!

We have WiFi and Direct TV in the lake home...so you can take care of your business and your social life too!

There is no place better than to come to NW WI and enjoy the peace and serenity of Wisconsin's Northwoods in this updated, comfortable home. Each room has a beautiful view of Poskin Lake. The home has a nice level lot and a large private dock.

You can rent the pontoon boat/kayaks/paddle boat for one small fee if you would like to enjoy the entire lake. (this fee is separate...you decide what you'd like for your days at-the-lake!)

There are French Doors that lead to a large deck, with chairs to relax in. There is an L-shaped dock with a sturdy ladder, along with a swim raft that also has a sturdy ladder. At night, view the stars and enjoy some S' mores and marshmallows around the campfire. Wood is included as a bonus!

Our home has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
Bedroom One has a queen-size log bed. (main floor)
Bedroom Two has a queen-size log bed. (second floor-lake view)
Bedroom Three has a queen-size log bed. (second floor-lake view)

On the main floor of the home, you will enjoy a nice large eating area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen table seats 6-8 people.

Our main floor also includes:
- A large bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub,
- A living area with a futon and a glider rocker, and a large living room with a Smart TV, a couch, a love seat, a rocker, and windows galore!
- A card table for your laptop, doing puzzles, or playing games.

You can watch the sunset from this room, the deck, or the dock!

Poskin Lake is located in beautiful northwest Wisconsin.
- 10 miles from Turtle Lake Casino
- 10 miles from Cumberland (award-winning Louie's Finer Meat Market) and (Timberland Ski Trail/lighted trails too!).
- Bring your UTV'S/ATV'S for a beautiful ride on the ATV/UTV/Snowmobile trails
(the trails go for miles...right out the door from our driveway!)
- 40-acre playground for UTVS /ATVS only 1 mile away
- 14 miles from the city of Rice Lake (more walking and bike trails)
- 8 miles from Barron. (lighted snow-shoe and skiing trails). Indoor and outdoor swimming....Barron Area Community Center/Outdoor City Pool/Playground too!

The lake is 150 acres, and is excellent for fishing, as there is a 'no-wake law' from 6:00 PM-10:00 AM every day. If you want to relax and enjoy God's beauty, this is the place to come to!
