In the heart of the landing beaches, discover our little house. Ideal for a family stay, quiet. Close to shops. 600m from the sea and the sailing school, 2km from an aquatic center, tennis court nearby, many bike paths.
In the vicinity of many activities (accrobranche, festival park, memorial and the discovery of Caen.
On the ground floor: Living room, kitchen, bathroom- WC.
On the floor: Two rooms and a room palière.
Outside: A terrace facing south, not overlooked.
Possibility to park a car in the course.

A cosy little house

A little house suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adult with 2 small kids. The colours are light and matching throughout the house with lovely details. A royal private place for your car behind a gate. Only 700m to the shops and sea and 2,5 km to a large hyperU. A lot to see and do within an hour drive, especially if your interested in D-day. We loved our stay.

Nice little house but location is an issue

The house is very well equipped and lovely decorated. An issue is the location as the place where the house is located is not the one indicated on the map of the booking portal. 1. distance to the beach is about doubled 2. location is directly next to an church which rings the bell every 15 minutes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Après votre réflexion sur la situation de notre bien ,nous avons vérifier sur le site et la localisation est approximative, choix de notre part de ne pas mentionner précisément notre adresse afin de nous protéger d'eventuel personnes malveillantes. Cependant dans la description la distance pour la mer est indiqué. Quant à l'église nous sommes désolés que vous n'aimiez pas le son des cloches. Bonne continuation.

Great location to enjoy Normandy

Very nice property that is clean, well maintained and corresponded to the description with one exception. The linen and towels were not provided, which would be OK with us, but the description was missing. We managed to get some local linen and towels last minute, which was not much pleasant. The communication with owners was good. They apologized for the mistake. I would recommend this property to any family for a travel to Normandy.

What a lovely little house!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely little house in Langrune-Sur-Mer. The owners, Loic and Valerie, have done a wonderful job making the home warm -- its beautifully decorated and very thoughtful in its design - everything in the house has been carefully chosen to make the home special. Loic and Valerie are lovely and it was a wonderful surprise to meet them and have them show us around the house. Sitting in the sun on the back terrace was a delight at the end of our days touring the area. As for the neighborhood -- the town is so lovely. We became friends with the boucher, the ladies at the boulangerie and the Cocci grocers. We truly miss the house and the town, and will always cherish our time there. We hope to return soon!

Un hébergement parfait pour les quelques jours que nous avons passé à trois. 10 mn à pieds de la mer, idéalement situé pour rayonner dans le coin. Accueil chaleureux de Valérie et Loïc, tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien et comme chez soi. Nous avons eu beau temps et la petite terrasse est hyper agréable. Une adresse que nous gardons précieusement !

Hübsches Haus in schöner Ortschaft

Sehr gemütliches, sauberes, ruhiges Häuschen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. V.a. die kleine Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist perfekt, um draußen zu essen. Für 4 (fast) Erwachsene anfangs etwas beengt, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

Klein, aber sehr hübsch!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Zwei erwachsene Personen finden ausreichend Platz. Das Sofa ist etwas klein, aber technisch wahrscheinlich nicht anders zu lösen. Extra Fahrradschuppen vorhanden. Umgebung sehr schön, Strand und Meer auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Alles prima.
