Welcome to Private house green paradise. This beautiful country house is located about 15 minutes from La Fortuna. It is located in a safe and family neighborhood surrounded by green areas, many birds, nature and picturesque views. The plants that grow throughout the property attract tropical birds daily, excellent for unique photos and bird watching. This three bedroom house is perfect for those seeking luxury, privacy and independence.

The spacious property offers plenty of space for families with children, in addition to a large garden of over 2000m2, the fully equipped kitchen allows guests to cook their own meals. It is also an excellent option for small groups of friends traveling together or romantic holidays for couples who want to feel at home in their vacation rental.
The house has Wifi for all guests, air conditioning, TV in the main lounge, the main room has a Jucuzzi, television and a large glass door that opens onto the terrace.
The house has large glass doors so you can be inside the house and having an incredible view of the gardens.
Arrangements for sleeping additional people can be arranged. All rooms with linens, body and hands towels.
The property is completely closed and has a front door, an outdoor garage and parking for several cars. Since this property is in a family residence, it is very safe.

Great property and location

Well maintained property and clean on a beautiful piece of land. Close enough to La Fortuna but far enough away for some very quiet time. Definitely a place you would want a car.

Could of been better

Offered beautiful outdoor atmosphere for an Arenal experience and property has potential. Unfortunately, indoor areas were in need of TLC. The house was lacking a dryer, bedsheets, kitchen utensils, and overall cleanliness.

Nothing As Described

Absolutely nothing was as described. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was set to automatic timers that clearly were designed to keep the hot tub cold. There was no hot water for the shower, face washing, etc. It was so miserable we ended up booking another resort after two days. We emailed, called, messaged through the app ANYTHING for them to respond to us and get things fixed. Absolutely no response. I highly recommend not giving these properties another look. Worst VRBO I have ever stayed at!!!

Outside area is incredible.

We did not meet Keylor....would have been great to go through things upon arrival. Landscaping and pool are amazing. Inside is very nice but some details could use attention. Numerous burnt out lights, chairs zip tied together and a light switch in the master bath that didn't work. Ants were always around but with the location I don't think there's anything you could do. Bring ear plugs....the toads at night are really loud. That being said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to some local groceries and restaurants and the drive into la fortuna is not bad. The surrounding area was great for low key wildlife and was a good spot for some local excursions. Hard review to write .......really enjoyed our stay and it was our first trip to Costa Rica so didn't really have a comparison.

Beautiful Outdoor Space

We spent a week at this property and it was great for our family! The outdoor space was truly an oasis of tropical plants attracting all sorts of birds, lizards, and insects. The adjacent pond was home to ducks, geese and peacocks, a constant source of entertainment for our kids. The pool was great and very refreshing. After reading the reviews we were prepared to use the clothes line to dry clothes and brought our own laundry detergent. We didn't cook anything fancy but found the kitchen sufficient. There was minimal storage for clothes in the bedrooms. We loved the neighborhood and walked into Chachagua where there is a little paneria, fruteria, carneceria, several supers (little markets), several sodas/restaurants and a little ice cream counter. It was very easy to get to La Fortuna for zip lining, river rafting, horseback riding and hotsprings.

Green paradise house

This is a lovely yard! The house is quite nice. We didn’t like the ?water flowing out of a pipe by the driveway. It smelled like sewage but otherwise, everything was pretty good.

Beautiful Property

The property was very nice but also very noisy. The house behind us was a VRBO and a couple of nights the music was super loud and lasted until 3am. A call to Keylor improved the situation. We were a group of two couples in our sixties. We spent a lot of time on the property and used the outdoor areas extensively. There is a serious lack of lighting in the bedrooms and one bathroom. In one bedroom three of the four can lights had no bulbs and the one bulb burned out during our visit. I sent a text message but the light was not replaced. No extra trash bags were available for trash or bathroom or recycling The lack of amenities in the kitchen was a disappointment. Great refrigerator, oven and cooktop but no cooking supplies, no salt or pepper, no dish towels, no hot pads and the untensils were not nice at all. Pans were in poor shape. We purchased an electric skillet and left it there because the surface of the non stick pans and skillet were in such poor shape. The island seats four people. Good for us but bad for the capacity of this rental. Two of the chairs were broken and wobbly. One other disappointment was the lack of a cloths dryer. I specifically inquired as to the availability of a washer and dryer and was told this unit had both. The "dryer" consisted of cloths lines in the carport. Some of us had been traveling for three weeks so the washer and dryer were important to us. Over all we had a great time but this property needs some TLC. Bathroom faucet is very loose, toilet tank lid was broken and glued together. Hot tub ran out of chlorine twice necessitating draining and refilling one time. This would have been a great property for a couple of days but since we were there for 12 days the lack of closets and drawers to store our clothing meant living out of the suitcases. We love Costa Rica and the people. I am sure we will be back for a fifth trip next year.

Perfect for easy access to Hot Springs

I rented the property with the intention of going to Tabacon Hot springs. Tabacon was no more than 30 minutes away with great driving views of the volcano. Great property. Clean and safe.

Now has a pool!

Great house about 15 minutes from La Fortuna. In a local neighbourhood so dogs, roosters, etc in the mornings. A few helpful amenities could be added, we gave Keylor some ideas. He’s a great guy, very eager to improve the house and to help.

Lovely Getaway!

Amazing home. We loved our stay and the host was wonderful. It's a new place and we only gave four stars as there were a few minor details that could be improved on, but the gracious host is eager to continue improving the property, so we have not doubt it will only get better and better! Highly recommended!
