You can reach the property via a private road that goes from the main road (SS125). On the side is the entrance to the closed property, where you can also park your car. The airport and the port of Olbia are only 38 km away.
 10 minutes drive from Budoni and only 4 minutes drive from Posada!
Many beaches are located in the vicinity (Posada, San Giovanni, La Caletta, Santa Lucia etc.); finally, access to the 131-bis high-speed highway is very close, allowing you to move quickly to other cities (Nuoro, Olbia, San Teodoro etc.) or to other more distant tourist destinations (Gulf of Orosei, Gallura, Costa Smeralda etc.).
