The house is a modern detached Cotswold stone house, in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from the town centre. It has a south facing garden and conservatory, two bathrooms, three toilets, large kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, lounge, dining room, and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. For those with limited mobility, there is a stairlift.
For children, there is a playground a short distance by foot and a climbing wall and activity centre 10 minutes drive from the house.

The furnishing style is classic. There are books, toys and games available for the days when you want to relax in the house.

Great place to stay in The Cotswolds

Very clean, warm and comfortable house, equipped with everything we needed. Area is lovely with nice view and good walks from the house and convenient shops and takeaway in the village.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

Thank you so much to Gus and Sue for a wonderful 6 night stay over Christmas. The house was very clean on arrival, homely and comfortable. Communication from Gus and Sue was excellent throughout the whole booking process and they made it extremely easy and answered any questions we had quickly. Location was great, lovely walks all around, as well as a great array of shops in Northleach. The beds were very comfortable and the space suited the amount of people booked for. Kitchen was also fab and we cooked a Christmas dinner easily with a very well stocked kitchen! We loved it so much we wanted to stay an extra night and will definitely be wanting to come back. Thank you very much!

Lovely homely house

I loved this place. Very homely & welcoming with a relaxing feel. Loved the handmade items around. Comfortable bed & good showers. All you could need in the kitchen. Great views with plenty of sheep to watch while washing up! I would definitely stay again.

Girlie break with sister and cousins

This was an excellent location for the Cotswolds, local shops and eateries were within walking distance. The accommodation allowed us to have a bedroom each and the conservatory had great views over the Crail. Every detail had been thought about. However we did find the stairlift a slight hindrance. We would not hesitate in visiting this property again

Cotswolds Family Weekend

I chose this property for its location in a pretty Cotswolds village but not in one of the very popular tourist areas, and because it was ideal for southern and northern parts of the family to meet up. The village is delightful - has everything you need for an enjoyable stay - shop, pubs, cafe, wine bar, interesting church, and lovely walks. The Annual Charter Fair was on so we had plenty of entertainment and no need to venture very far afield. The property is nicely located in a quiet cul de sac. It has a small back garden sloping down to the stream which flows past from the village. The children (with supervision of course) absolutely loved it! The house was clean and comfortable. We did find the lack of a freezer or freezing compartment a little bit of a drawback, and one or two other minor little issues but otherwise it proved to be ideal for our stay. Throughout the process Gus and Sue were very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly to emails. The information for checking in was excellent. All in all this was an excellent property and definitely worth considering for a Cotswolds stay.

Amazing, comfortable, convenient, friendly

The property was kept in a very well maintained condition. Even the smallest details were looked after, such as soaps, dish washing liquid, tissue papers, tea, coffee. The beds were comfortable. Heating was easy to operate. Owners are friendly and respond promptly. The house is located in a historic town with attractions within 20 mins drive. The backyard has a very beautiful field view. (as shown in picture). We had a lovely time and are already planing to return again.

The Perfect Cotswold Getaway

This Cotswold house was so accommodating. In a beautiful setting and within walking distance of the village, the cottage was comfortable, clean, and had everything travelers could want. Our favorite place was the sun room, overlooking the leach, meadows and pastures.
