Beautiful old fishermen's house 2 minutes from the family beach of Son Serra de Marina. The property consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a sunny living room as well as a patio with terrace.

Accommodation

The house is ideal to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends. The proximity of the beach in a protected coastal area stands out for its great beauty and its natural landscape that extends from Alcúdia to the peninsular Cap Farrutx.
Upon arrival you will have to pay:
- City tax of 2 euros / person / day in high season (children under 16 do not pay).
-A security deposit of 500 euros (return at the end of your stay).

Einfaches Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Die Lage von Son Serra de Marina besticht sehr. Sehr nah am Meer, Supermarkt und Restaurants👍🏻.Das Haus ist ein sehr einfaches Haus mit einem asphaltierten Hof, typisch mallorquinisch. Wer einen schönen Garten mag, ist hier falsch. Es liegt in einem Wohngebiet zwischen 2 Straßen.Die Schlafzimmer nach vorne sind daher durch Straßenlärm etwas laut. Trotz dauerndem Lüften, ist es sehr feucht und muffig im Haus gewesen. Das Haus würden wir nicht nochmal buchen, obwohl wir den Ort, den Strand, die Umgebung und die Betreuung durch die Agentur sehr schön fanden!
