The villa is on the heights with sea and mountain views. Semi-detached villa on one side but completely hidden from view. On the other side, private green space. Calm and tranquility at the top of a cul-de-sac hill.
3 bedrooms for 6 sleeps (2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds).
2 bathrooms, one with bath and WC.
An independent WC. Flat screen TV. Canal plus.
Separate kitchen with oven, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Individual swimming pool of 4 x 7 m with overflow.
Parking in front of the villa.
