Great ground floor apartment

I was trying to find a place mid way to downtown and the airport….i found a nice little gem of a place…great ground floor apartment especially if you have heavy luggage, breeze to get to. Owner was very responsive, with clear check in instructions. Everything went smooth. Love the small patio and they had nice bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Great neighbourhood with great ethnic restaurants, easy to walk to many of them.

De ligging is dichtbij de metro.Leuke eettentjes in de omgeving.Via WhatsApp makkelijk met eigenaar te communiceren. Schoon appartement,slaapkamers liggen aan de straatkant en daarom rumoerig!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Lisbonne la ville les couleurs l ambiance et surtout les portugais accueillants et jovials. Merci à Denis pour son accueil et sa gentillesse . L appartement est spacieux et agréable proche du métro . Le petit resto au bas de la rue est super nous y mangeons bien et pour un prix raisonnable . Nous avons passé un super séjour nous recommandons .

leider war die Unterkunft insgesamt recht dreckig. Es gibt sowohl im Treppenhaus, als auch in der WOhnung Kakerlaken. Also immer schön alle Koffer geschlossen halten. DIe Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, und es gab unangenehme Gerüche in der Wohnung. Außerdem war die Balkon tür kaputt, sodass jemand anderes aus dem Haus jederzeit über den Balkon in die Wohnung kommt (von allen anderen Wohnungen kann man von der Feuertreppe aus auf den Balkon kommen). Da es eine Schiebetür war, konnte man auch nicht vor die Tür stellen, sodass sie nicht sicher verschlossen werden konnte.Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, wenn man lüftet, sollte man ein Auge auf das Fenster haben, sonst versuchen Obdachlose durch das Fenster zu greifen.Insgesamt auch leider sehr laut, da die Müllabfuhr während unseres drei tägigen Aufenthalts dre Mal da war und immer gegen Mitternacht kommt. Außerdem sind die Nachbarn relativ laut.Kommunikation und Check-In war super. Genauso wie die Lage

Ruim appartement, goed gelegen bij metro en restaurants .wel basic witte muren ,zou wat gezelliger kunnen ,fijne buiten ruimte.Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep soepel en snel.Schoonmaak kan beter.Zou het bij volgend bezoek wel weer boeken.

The property was not the cleanest of places. The entrance is filled with garbage and cockroaches. Inside the apartment there are also cockroaches. The floors, couch, bedding, and bathroom were not very clean. The shower and shower curtain had mold and hairs everywhere. There were no paper towels, tissues, or extra toilet paper besides the roll on the wall (no mention of bringing your own in listing). The shower didn’t drain, so you were standing in inches of water in the moldy shower. Reached out to the owner and he said no one has ever complained before. Never came to check it out or help. It was a good location, you could walk to a lot of shops and cafes.

Garage is in the hallways, so it attracts roaches! Saw several and 2 in the apartment. Maybe, because we are American, it there was no soap or face towel, napkins or paper towels in the apartment. Street is a bit noisy. Overall the neighborhood is pleasant.

Goed, probleem toilet snnel opgelost. Zou iets meer aandacht mogen hebben qua schoonmaak en (weinig en onsamenhangend) serviesgoed.Communicatie snel en adequaat.

Very convenient stay

Owner was very helpful when we had any question. Location is very good if you plan to go to tourist places. Apartment is first floor so expect some noise outside. Only negative is they had trash cans in the inside entrance of the building and smell was very bad. I think that is what you have to live with in downtown since there is no space outside. Overall we recommend this place.

Hébergement parfait. Très propre et très bien situé au centre de Lisbonne. Ce qui permet de visiter très facilement grâce à la proximité du métro et des bus. Commerces et restaurants ne manquent pas !Je recommande.

Great Weekend Stay

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend in Lisbon and loved it. The apartment was very clean and comfy and the neighborhood was out of the touristy areas while still being close enough to all the attractions.

Escapade à Lisbonne au mois de février

Location située à proximité du Chiado et de l'Alfama (en métro). Possibilité aussi de découvrir les environs de Lisbonne (Sintra). Un bémol : le froid le soir dans l'appartement. Manque de couvertures.

Ottima soluzione

Casa in ordine e come da descrizione. Non manca nulla per soggiornare, asciugamani lenzuola e necessario per la cucina anche se noi non l’abbiamo mai usata. La pulizia andrebbe migliorata ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione della casa non è centrale ma è vicina alla metto. Consigliamo di spostarci con Uber a Lisbona o con la tessera dei mezzi pubblici giornaliera.

Lisbon weekend
