Loved the rooms. We did have an air conditioning problem (it was leaking out into the floor) but host immediately got a tech there and apologized for the inconvenience. Beds was fantastic (and that means a lot when you have back problems). The resort is amazing, we always stay at Ocean Walk when in Daytona. Will definitely be coming back and staying and would absolutely rent this unit again if available next year.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS CONDO. Property was fantastic, but the condo WAS NOT. Had A/C leaking out into the living room halfway through stay and could not get resolved in time. and had to turn up thermostat as requested by host. Wall rot by shower wall in master bedroom. Ice maker was not making ice but didn't realize until 2 days in when I realized it wasn't replenishing. Could not get hot water in kitchen sink. I called VRBO after check out who then called the host and tried to get some kind of help for our issues with their property, but they weren't willing in any way and only replied that I didn't report issues until it was too late into the stay. I waited until after I got the host reply to VRBO about our problematic stay to see if they would help in any way before I gave a review, but they did not. We thought about returning again as the size of the condo was perfect, but we've changed our minds. We will find another condo at this property. Consequently, find another condo at this property because the location and the Wyndham property is fantastic!

This guest reported ice maker not working the morning of his departure. It has been taken care! The A'C drain was filled and the A/C company wasn't able to come on Sunday but did take care of the issue on Monday morning. The A/C still worked and I did ask the guest not to put the thermostat below 72. August in FL. when temps outside are 90 plus 72 inside is comfortable. If an ice maker was not working ( I would of brought him 2 bags of ice if he had let me know) and water in front of the A/C which putting a towel Infront hindered his stay so much then the guest doesn't realize this is a vacation rental. At times there may be issues but we take care of them as quickly as possible. Also the guest forgot to mention he contacted VRBO and VRBO did contact me. The guest did get compensation back due to his complaining. We do our best to make our guest happy and comfortable but sometimes issues do arise. This guest said he will not stay in our unit again, I don't thing I would want him to. There are a lot of good people out there that we can rent to.

Location was great, walkable to just about everything. Property was great, kids loved all the pools and hot tubs. We loved the dueling pianos and entertainment they had.

We stayed for 3 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Manager Cindy was great. Check-in process was smooth. This condo has great ocean view from the balcony. It has few areas to improve but nothing major.

AAU Gymnastics State Championships

Spent two day at Ocean Walk to attend Granddaughters participation in State Gymnastics competition. Granddaughters enjoyed Lazy River, Side, Pool, and beach the short time they were there. Enjoyed balconies and adjoining rooms were very nice. Like having two separate apartments with common area in the middle.

Great place

Clean nice unit. Only issue we had was a sliding glass door came off of the track and wouldn’t open. Maintenance took care of it very quickly. Great place to stay.
